The location of this B & B is fantastic. Wonderful views. The breakfast is really excellent. Anything you want you can have. They have plenty of Gluten free food. Lots of different types of yogurts. The bathrooms are great, loads of hot water. The heating in the room and house is great. Really a nice country B & B with... More

Popular place to eat in the Glen Of Aherlow. The food here is good and you have a choice of menus which are reasonably priced. The house wines are good and affordable compared to other restaurants. The food is cooked fresh. The staff here are friendly and helpful. This is also a popular place for camping etc. There is parking front... More

My wife Ann and I stayed last evening and although we were running very late, arriving near 22:00hrs, we were greeted warmly by Mary our host who made us feel very welcome and showed us to a nice room overlooking the interior courtyard. We would have loved to have stayed longer but both of us had to get back to... More

The rooms are comfortable and clean. The grounds are nicely landscaped. Breakfast offers a variety of hot and cold options. Mary makes recommendations of things to do based on your interests. The restaurant on the property has a nice menu and ambience is pleasant.

There's a nice interior courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine, if you're lucky with the weather, and it's directly on several walking loops. Mary was an excellent host, and very helpful with suggestions for walks and... More

It is a very beautiful location. We arrived late and unfortunately the restaurant was cloused. But Mary organized a very well dinner and a nice cold beer after our long way. So we hadn't to go to bed hungry. Thank you Mary for the warmest of welcomes and one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. We were sad... More

As a couple, we don't normally book B&B's and almost always opt for Hotels. Ballinacourty was recommended by our wedding venue so we booked as we were going to be in the area. It is in the most beautiful of locations and we were lucky to have good weather - not that anything could spoil the view! Unfortunately, we weren't... More
