Beautiful location, convenient to motorways, excellent and helpful staff Decor dated but adds to old world charm. Great gardens for walking the dog which enjoyed the holiday with us and the surroundings

From the hospitality of the staff, the amazing food, the open fires, the decor, and last but not least the scenery, it was such a beautiful stay and we hope to return again in the future. We staying in room 7.... very tired. The light is very poor, the toilet seat was broken, there was no curtain on the bathroom window and it was impossible to take a shower without putting water everywhere. The room was very cold... airlock in the rad. The scone and coffee was very nice but again the bar was freezing. Breakfast...

We had a lovely weekend, however, I do have to agree with previous reviews as in the hotel is suffering from neglect. The bathrooms need a major overhaul and I felt the furniture in the bedroom could have done with a...

Despite being mid October it was a lovely autumn day with sun!! We went into a cold, dirty, unswept porch to reception...

The staff were very friendly and helpful both at reception and in the bar. We ate here both nights in the bar and the food was good. The room was warm...

We stayed for 2 nights mid week while exploring the beautiful hill walks in the area, some of which can be joined from the hotel car park. In choosing this hotel we weren't looking for 5* pampering just somewhere that was clean, warm, welcoming with good food and was good value. That's what we got in the Aherlow House Hotel,...
