This hotel is run down and needs much work to bring it up to standard. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Staff do as little as they can get away with. Pool was closed and empty as it was "out of season". Food was reasonable, though there was little choice. Nice restaurants and a supermarket just outside hotel. Bus stop...

We was here on start in September. Very hot weather, but wonderful place! Very good services in this hotel. The pool with view on mountains was excellent. sea was so clean. We saw many marine animals. Private beach with jetty was cool, but i prefer sand, but beach with sand is near, but not so nice i think...but with waves,...

This review is for the water park. Having been here several times in the last few years it has now become a very run down venue. Not all slides working, in a poor state of repair and no supervision. Now have to rent a flotation ring and they try to charge tourists a different price to locals for an already...

Visited for a family fun day out. The water park should not be open for business. Very dirty and slides extremely dangerous with no staff supervision. Uneven flooring, metal and screws sticking out, health hazard. Staff very abrupt and unhelpful.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights as part of a tour of Northern Cyprus. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Our patio doors were broken on arrival, would not lock and had to be repaired. The rest of the hotel was not clean and the pools dirty. The whole place was completely understaffed. The...

I am usually not one to write "bad" reviews, but I think nearby future travellers should know what to expect. our trip to Lapta, was not at all as expected. The hotel is nothing what we saw on the pictures. At arrival we were informed, that the place went bankrupt a few month ago (april 2015) - and it really...

One week in LaptaHoliday Club... First abour the hotel - facilities are correct, but some technical errors, door of the cupboard of the minibar, the overlay of the bart tube, cleaning sometimes at 6 AM - so the house-keeping and the maintenance in not flawwless. The personal is aabsolutely beginner. The reception, the longue- and the pool-bar is good, the...
