The two of us, my dear doggy companion and I, had a splendid stay with Christine over the Easter weekend. It was lovely to deal with her in advance of the stay, and I was impressed with how well organised she was. The food menu was a sign of things to come.

The rooms are in a building that is part of the farm building complex. We had the 'Pink Room' which fitted our needs exactly. Spotlesslesly clean and with a very comfortable bed. High pressure water in the bathroom a big plus. And there was dear Charlie the adorable resident dog. And the chickens in the yard.

Christine's hospitality and cooking are the outstanding features. Don't waste money paying for indifferent and expensive food outside - just ask Christine if she will make you a fish pie with an apple crumble (Snowdonia Black Bomber and biscuits are on the house). I was supposed to have gone out after that meal, but collapsed into bed into immediate heavenly slumber.

Christine goes the extra mile - I asked for supper the next day, having earlier said I would not have it. No problem at all. I asked for bananas in my breakfast Welsh Cakes. No problem at all. Doesn't bat an eyelid, she is on top of everything. There were delightful homemade treats thoughtfully left out each day at tea time. BTW, for breakfast one can choose from full English, Welsh Cakes, Kedgeree, etc etc. Cooked to order. Vegans catered for. Local yoghurts. Home made bread. Hot cross buns. Fresh coffee. How often does one get suc glorious food in the morning, and at a farm Bed and Breakfast.

The countryside is lovely, and the Franciscan monastery is fascinating. St Beuno's is 10 minutes away down the A55.

So yes, I am planning to return to stay at Pantasaph Farm! Well done Christine, you are providing your guests with such a marvellous experience.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Pantasaph Farm B&B. I have always enjoyed showcasing local produce wherever possible it helps me stay a little more adaptable and quality can be depended upon. Thanks again, Christine and Charlie the dog.

I don't even know where to begin. Pantasaph Farm is beautiful, idyllic and in a fantastic rural location. The accommodation is outstanding. We stayed in the twin room with the bathroom close by, and use of our own private living room. All furnished tastefully and beautifully clean and hygienic.
Christine our host, has absolutely gone above and beyond to ensure her guests' comfort. There are more amenities than I've ever had in a B&B, full range of teas and coffees, fresh orange juice and milk, nibbles, freshly made cakes (a really lovely touch) a full fridge to use, toaster, kettle etc making it easy to have a snack in the evening as well as a leisurely breakfast. Christine's cooked breakfast is also to die for together with fresh ground coffee and still warm home baked bread.
With chickens roaming round the farmyard and cows to be seen from our window, it really made for a lovely stay and we hope to return in the not too distant future.
Five stars and a huge thumb's up!

Christine is the perfect host. She not only keeps a spotless, spacious, welcoming and friendly B&B but also goes well, well further in making your stay an enjoyable experience. For example, she gives you extra gifts to take home as well as, as I have a Wheat Allergy, providing Wheat Free options and even home made gluten free cakes - 2 for each night of our stay. Can't compliment here enough. Definitely go! Thanks SO much.

Thank you for your kind comments, I’m so glad you enjoyed your stay. Most guests enjoy sampling the Snowdonia Cheddar. Our butcher makes proper gluten free sausages which make the breakfast option tasty. Although gluten free pickelets or the kedgeree are also easily adapted. Thanks again, Christine

This is what the perfect B&B looks like! The room was large and very clean. The bed was huge and the linen crisp. The bathroom was spotless. Christine’s welcome was lovely, her cooking delicious and her gluten-free cakes were amazing! Some of my friends were staying in the Travelodge down the road…so pleased I wasn’t there, I felt like I’d won the lottery!

There are very few times when you know your choice is the right one as you pull up outside a property. Such is Pantasaph Farm.

The rooms are well kept, immaculate, spacious and homely. The welcome tremendous. The nice little touches such as cake waiting for you on arrival. The home cooked breakfast superb.

Christine literally was there to make sure that everything went as it should.

Amazing and really wished we had stayed longer.

Situation is good to get to Chester, down to Llangollen or across to Snowdonia. The Friary close by is superb to see too.

Just so right and utterly recommended.

Pantasaph Farm and Christine.. you rock.

Wow! We stayed here for 1 night whilst walking the north wales coast path. What an amazing place and such a lovely experience to stay here. The room was more like an apartment, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The welcome treat of cheese and biscuits was just divine! We certainly enjoyed them after a day of walking! And the breakfast was so tasty and plenty of it! Would highly recommend this place to stay!

Our third visit. You receive a warm welcome and the homemade cake is wonderful. I can't express enough the tasty breakfast with local ingredients. The bed is huge and you sink into a lovely duvet. Just fabulous 😍

This was a real treat. Large well appointed rooms with lots of attention to detail. There were robes and hairdryer for our use. Our Cycles were stored under cover. Toiletries in the bathroom, not the cheap little freebies but bottles of decent branded shampoo and conditioner. The sitting/ breakfast area is delightful as well as comfortable. But the best is the wonderful welcome and service provided by Christine and the very best home cooked food . We also booked an evening meal which was brought to us at a time of our choice, piping hot with the minimum of fuss. Now we will have to think of reasons to return to that area just so we can have another stay.

Found this B&B by chance, well what a find!! 1st class service from start to end. exceedingly good cakes (homemade) as Mr Kipling would say in fact 100% better than his. Rooms big and lovely beamed roof space in bedroom. Fridge full of goodies to eat as well. all forms of hot drinks catered for, coffee/ chocloate/ various teas (fruit included).

Breakfast in the morning, again a 1st class service. the owner very attentive to service.

I have stayed in 5* hotels and other hotels / B&B's and this is as good as some of them. Lastly this B&B provides excellent value for your money in a nice spot of the world.

We stayed a night as our daughter was in the Eisteddfod in Flint. We had a brilliant time, a fantastic breakfast and a lovely chat with Christine. She put all her effort in making us feel welcome, and we got a brilliant welcome from her Labrador Charlie too! We can really recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a B&B in North Wales!

So glad the family enjoyed the short trip to Pantasaph Farm B&B. Our butcher makes lovely award winning, sausages, home cured bacon and black pudding, which together with local honey, my own marmalade and jam all work well to help make our breakfast a great experience. Fresh bread helps too! Thanks again for your kind comments, Christine
