We booked the Wine and Dine package which included the room for the night, a tour and tasting at the winery, and breakfast in the morning. The room was absolutely beautiful! It was large with a large, comfortable bed and plenty of room for our belongings. The bathroom had a wonderful walk-in shower and a towel warmer. Everything we might need was provided. We had a balcony overlooking the vineyards. Just awesome. In the morning, breakfast was served at a negotiated time. Coffee, juice, fruit, an almond croissant, and a hot egg in puff pastry were served.

Great place, fantastic food, amazing wine and the best hosts we have ever met! A great introduction to French wine and food. We stayed for one night, with wine tasting and food included. The rooms were also superior! Highly recommended 🙂

My family recently arranged a tour at this winery while in France. The tour was amazing! The best winery tour we have experienced!!!. Joe & Liz (owners) were fantastic hosts. Their hospitality and treatment to us was beyond words. The facilities were great and the wine and food were exceptional. I would highly recommend this winery to everyone!! Bill & Deb Agoston

We absolutely loved our stay at O’vineyards. We stayed for two nights and both meals were amazing. Liz accommodated us in every possible way and Joe was delightful in showing us how the wine is made. We appreciate the calmness that this place provides, along with the “home” feel it brought us. The rooms were tightly and quiet. I would recommend ANYONE to stay with Liz and Joe.

We stayed with Joe and Liz on the first night of our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience! They are so welcoming and Joe is very knowledgeable about the wines. Liz's cooking was definitely the best we had during our entire stay in Carcassonne and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time staying with them. The room was suoerb with views across the vines and breakfast was lovely. We will be back!

After reading the reviews on Tripadvisor while trying to find a vineyard in France I thought this place must have been too good to be true but it is indeed exactly as others have said! It’s just perfect! Joe and Liz were born to be hosts! I booked a 2 night stay with wine and food for my husbands 40th birthday, I wasn’t a wine drinker going but kept an open mind & im so glad I did as Joes wine has turned me into a wine drinker! My husband being a wine drinker enjoyed it very much & stated how beautiful the wine was. After travelling we were greeted with an open door, a very warm welcome from both Joe & Liz & were instantly offered a cold refreshing glass of white wine which was extremely welcomed! Liz’s food was absolutely beautiful & I loved that we could eat together, share stories & listen to the many wonderful stories Joe and Liz have. Sitting round the table together with a refreshing wine & good food did feel like we were sat with old friends not new friends we had just met. It was especially a beautiful touch of getting a cake and some champagne to celebrate my husbands 40th, a beautiful thought which was much appreciated. Breakfast with Gilbert and Darren was a work of art! Again the hospitality extended to the new wine & tapas bar where we also tried out Gilbert’s lovely fried chicken. Gilbert does some wonderful bbqs and events so be sure to check those out on the OVineyards Facebook page! The wine tour was fab with Joe answering lots of questions & being very knowledgeable, as others have said he’s also very generous in his wine measures! The room we stayed in was just gorgeous with amazing views! Due to the amount of countryside there one thing especially special for me was being able to see so many stars at night as I sipped on the tasty wine we had taken back to our room. After staying 1 night in the town centre before going home we encountered a travel issue & not knowing what to do rung Liz and Joe who were so helpful it was amazing! Liz sorted out the problem for us & thanks to them all at O’vineyards we got back home fine & for that we are truly thankful.

Honestly one of the best trips ever, we really enjoyed the tour of the vines by Joe he was informative and happy to answer any questions anyone had. Once we went down to where he makes the wine our glass was never empty he was happy to keep filling which was amazing. Then for the dinner there isn’t words on how to describe it Liz your cooking is fantastic!! Mouth watering and the whole setting with everyone at the table felt like just being with family and friends. The room was beautiful with a view of the vines and all facilities that you’d need :) Breakfast was lovely in the wine bar provided by Gilbert and Darren very attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted and more. We will 100% be back!

In a short time Joe and Liz have created some fine wines & a lovely setting for guests to enjoy an informative tour of the winery and then a relaxing dinner to sample some of the wines. Liz is a very good cook and the dishes were excellent. A very enjoyable evening sharing the table with other convivial guests. Thank you for opening up your home and sharing humorous tales of your journey.

Joe was an amazing host! I booked this visit for my best friends birthday. Random selection but I liked the look of their web site. I’ve been to many vineyards but this visit was the best! Joe was an amazing host, to add he was extremely knowledgeable and very hospitable! I booked the lunch and this was also fabulous!i would recommend 100 % the whole visit! Enjoy 😊

Thank you Caroline! Joe is very flattered and happy you enjoyed his tour. He is a very passionate wine maker and it shows. All of us at O'Vineyards were also happy to have met your group! ...unfortunately you did not get a chance to meet Muse our dear vineyard dog, who for 13 years was Joe's assistant, entertaining our visitors on the tours. We will see you again! Will write you when we have our next UK wine tasting! Thanks again!
