Lovely food, good atmosphere in bar, the rooms are decorated and clean, the family room is great with adjoining door, would definitely stay again, close to Derry for any events happening, reasonably priced rooms.

Myself and my partner recently stopped here for dinner, and I can't only describe it as delicious.. I was in the mood for what I would describe as a Sunday dinner, and was told that the special that day in fact was Turkey and Ham. We both ordered and were served a lovely hot meal a while later.. staff were...

This hotel has annoyed me so much, I'm starting to write this review whilst still staying here, thank the gods I only booked one night! Where do I start? A bit of background - I live in Ireland, and have done for many years, so I know what Ireland can do, and this one doesn't come close. So, this hotel;...

Our tour agent Paddy Wagins booked us in this hotel promising that quality is better than a B B ! I requested a no smoking room and the room was stinking with smell of cigarettes! The room was dirty, carpets was disgustingly dirty! My room was just above the bar and the loud music kept me awake until 2 am!...

Was on my way to Harry's up the road should have kept going, also kitchen staff should make waitstaff aware of what they do not have available when an order is placed, but apart from that food was not warm enough although I ate it as I was hungry and had paid for it.

Nice clean and functional room, clean bathroom, friendly welcome and nice staff. Bar food was very average , six of us had steak and all were as tough as old boots. The rooms over the bar are noisy due to music directly downstairs, also the smoking area outside out window was very noisy and kept us awake until very late. Avoid...

We had bar food in this hotel on a Sunday evening.Staff were very attentive. I had the chicken melt - very tasty, but we also ordered lasagne - this is a no no! It was basically pasta floating in oil with very little meat - not a good choice! There was a lady singing (loudly) in the bar - the...

I have stayed at the Frontier Hotel regularly since 2013, and have been greatly impressed by the constant effort of the owners to upgrade the accommodation while still retaining the Irish tradition of warmth and welcome. My room has always been clean, comfortable and well appointed, including tea and coffee making facilities and free Wi-Fi. The staff are uniformly friendly...
