Theofilos Paradise Boutique Hotel is situated in the area of Hatzidimou Park, nearby the archeological museum, the castle of Mytilene, the harbor, the beach of e.o.t. and the center of the city. Its place gives the possibility to our quests to approach easily the harbor and Sappho square –the meeting point of all citizens and visitors of Mytilene. Theofilos Paradise is a 4 star hotel and it’s a three building block. In the central building you can find the reception, the living room, the dining room, spa, 5 rooms and 2 suites. It's a beautiful traditional mansion house true decoration of the area builder on 1912, which gives nostalgic feelings and takes us back to those times of innocence and elegance. The building belonged to a noble business family, one of the top in Mytilene society. The reception is open 24h every day and our guests can enjoy the best service sitting in the impressive living room, having a drink in the bar or taking care of their health by using the sauna or Hammam. Also in the hot summer days our swimming pool can refresh your body and if you are hungry you can have a snack or a drink in our pool bar. The hotel is open all year and we are waiting to offer you our services.

In a town with generally lackluster accommodation options, this hotel delivers a truly top-flight experience. The location is perfect, especially for those arriving by sea, and it’s in a very cool corner of the town, surrounded by very hip, socially conscious eateries and shops. Rooms are elegant and comfortable. The whole operation is very professionally run. I can usually find something to complain about but not here. Breakfast had a range of really unusual local items, and everything I tasted was delicious. All breakfast preferences that I could imagine were well provided for, too. Highly recommended overall!

Just finishing up a week in mytilini which was 100% lovely.. I stayed at the Theofilos Paradise hotel and it’s perfect , no complaints at all.. eating out every night was so reasonable with really good food my two favourite restaurants were Naan for exceptional food and great service and a pizza restaurant restaurant just down from the hotel for excellent pizza but an efficient but hilarious waitress 🙂 swimming in the clear sea everyday is exactly the way to clear your mind! Lesvos well worth the slightly long flight

Lovely place to stay in the centre of the harbour town. Breakfast very nice, not a full English more continental/Greek. Very clean and pleasant staff. Pool in very small and only two sun loungers, but plenty of chairs in the shade. Pool bar opens at 5 -10pm. Very quiet but most people go out. Very close to sea and harbour, a few minutes walk. Not a typical tourist area but more mini city break meets the seaside. Some noise at night from nearby bars but the aircon covers most of it. Peaceful and restful.

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is nice. Has a good location but there is a park near hotel that young people partying... Not so clean and rooms need refurbishment as soon as possible. I can't recommend it, but if you can't find any other option, you can stay.

Great little boutique hotel off the main track of Mytilene. Must have been an old house converted and really enjoyed it. No elevator and staircase is steep and narrow for luggage but rooms are good size and all different. Attic room is tight and low ceiling. 1 block form great little bars and restaurants and 2min walk to waterfront. GREAT breakfast buffet. Definitely recommend.

We visited Lesvos to minister to the refugees. It's a tough job, so it was wonderful to end every day at our hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms fully updated. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, served by the beautiful staff. The location was perfect--walking distance to restaurants, but still on a quiet street. I highly recommend this hotel.

That was a great two days in mtylene.
The hotel was excellent from the location and quality point of wiew. Hotel is next to ferry and in the mid of the old town centre. The hospitality is great. The breakfast is excellent. Hotel has its own parking place. All you need is to walk down to street and join the crowds.

Very clean rooms. Interesting and unique decoration. Very polite staff.
Close to city centre. Could stay for long time. Greek breakfast is the best.

We spent a few days at Theofilos Paradise in late August 2017. First of all, let me say that Lesvos is a beautiful island. I have traveled to numerous Greek islands and, while all have their charm, Lesvos is filled with color, beauty, great geographical texture and wonderful people. Beautiful mountains, valleys, villages, restaurants, beaches and warm, welcoming people. It is a big island with numerous beaches and mountains and lots to offer. The island has been unfairly labeled with fears of refugee driven unrest, which simply is just not the case. Yes, there are a couple of refugee centers on the islands - but they are populated by families seeking peace and a new life away from the persecution they have left behind. I believe the statistic is that some 170,000 refugees have passed through Lesvos, while there are only about 4,000 remaining, awaiting final review of their asylum appeals. Setting aside this horrible humanitarian crisis, the people of Lesvos have (while suffering their own challenges as part of an economically difficult Greek economy) found the heart and kindness to do their best in assisting the refugees. At NO time did I feel ANY concern (whether it was eating out late in Mitillini or driving to different parts of the island), if you didn't know this was a refugee transit point, you would have absolutely NO IDEA that it was going on!! I was with my wife and two sons (16 and 11) and we only felt welcomed everywhere. Back to Theofilos Paradise, this hotel was a diamond in many ways. The quality of the rooms was excellent. I'm not sure if the hotel is new or recently renovated, but the finishing were first class and what I would expect of a luxury hotel in the English or French countryside. It's tucked away off the main harbour in Mitillini - so both quiet and with easy access to the town's restaurants and cafes. The staff were super helpful. To be sure, its in the town, so you dont have grounds to wander, but you do have the town at your doorstep. There is a wonderful rooftop bar and small pool that will make any adult content to have a coffee during the day or a drink in the evening while contemplating the passage of time and the next pursuit to add to one's life's goals. The breakfast was plentiful with numerous choices - having a simple palate, I would recommend adding some scrambled eggs to the hot pot. Other than that, its status as the number one hotel in Mitillini is well deserved. I would highly recommend the hotel and the island!
