Detailed Reviews
Booked a chalet for myself and my 2 children along with activities online. The chalet is very basic but spotlessly clean. Simple things could be worked on like, putting a bag in the kitchen bin and a lid, especially when there are so many wasps around, shower heads that reach above 5ft ( I had to go on my knees to wash my hair), plug near mirror for hairdryer etc.
I would have assumed for the price paid, free WiFi would be provided considering there is no phone signal.
The instructors fur activities were extremely pleasant and not to be faulted, however the walkway into the water could do with being scrubbed to remove moss and slime making it slippy, I fell myself while coming out of the water.
There is no shop or restaurant on site which is disappointing as there is nothing within walking distance, so daily trips for water etc had to be done. A little shop selling daily basics would be an advantage.

I rented a kayak at the Share Centre yesterday to go on a self-guided paddle around Lower Lough Erne. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly, in particular Ruairí, who patiently answered my numerous questions about the lake and the dozens of islands strewn across it. I paddled on an open canoe for about 4 hours and it was an incredibly beautiful experience. The centre was clean and well organised and I am already planning a return visit as I would love to stay at the centre's bothy on nearby Trannish Island. To my great shame I had never been to this beautiful part of Northern Ireland before, It's less than 2 hours from Dublin and I'm looking forward to having another explore soon.

We stayed 2 nights on the touring caravan park. It’s a lovely setting & was really quiet when we were there. The whole site is tidy & well kept.
I’d describe the toilets as basic but clean. Hot water & a hand dryer would be a useful addition to the toilets as would a stand pipe for drinking water adjacent to the caravan pitches. These are really close together & quite tricky to reverse into with a larger caravan.

Having been loyal customers for 10 years we are extremely disappointed with our visit this time. We try to support local businesses and are past members of the leisure facilities. We booked the water park and when we arrived there were a large group of children standing in front of kiosk where you check in . We pressured they were queuing to check in. 10 minutes went by and still no one came to the kiosk. I ended up walking off to find a member of staff. Eventually I found a lady that was shouting at the group of children because they hadn't washed out their wetsuits I asked could we check in for the watermark as we were now 10 minutes over our time slot. The lady said yes I will be with you in a minute. Eventually she rocks up to inform us we are late !!!! REALLY we were in fact on time she was late checking us in so the kids didn't get the full time. They have increased the number of people allowed on the watermark and it was bedlam far too busy. The staff are horrid rude loud and not at all friendly this shocked me as the staff over the years were so lovely and so good with the kids. My son has autism and found the shouting overwhelming. As soon as the kids came back they were literally pounced upon by a woman demanding they change immediately I explained they needed to get their dry cloths out the car and had to repeat myself twice I did indeed end up snapping at her she was so rude and aggressive. It is such a shame as we loved the share center and used it often. The whole place has become very grubby and run down and they seem money hungry now rather than giving customers a good service. We will not be back

I recommended share Village to a friend of mine coming from Scotland as ive been involved with a charity that has spent 100s of thousand pounds attending this place (WSAI) She's attending with her 11 year old blind granddaughter. She contacted Share before booking and was told to book activities 2 weeks before and there would be activities suitable ie climbing wall, water inflatables for example. Went on the website to book these and after contacting share they are not running as an Easter event with balloon modelling, face painting etc for younger kids running instead. The only activity we can do is swimming which cost £25 for the family for 1 hour!! So she is literally coming all the way from Scotland for a swim. We tried to cancel booking which was booked within 8 weeks of stay and have been told its non refundable and a credit note can be issued. This is no good to a family in Scotland it will be a long time before they can afford to come back and upon booked was no advice that it was non refundable. This booking was sold on advise from staff assuring there would be activities for this child to do and now they have can't provide the service that was promised. I am soo soo very disappointed in The Share Village I don't think I would ever set foot here again or reccommend to anyone. Btw requests have been made for a call from the manager. STILL WAITING!! I've contacted the media regarding this issue as this family's £300 would've went a long way towards fun activities elsewhere!! I am aware that Share is a charity but shame on you for penalising this family!!

Awful!! Just awful will never be back campsite?? Swampsite ,went as 4 families staff were ignorant when you saw one weren't allowed to use the inside buildings as we weren't residents !! It was raining very heavily, the kids were soaked they actually locked the room so we couldn't get boiling water or sit somewhere dry disgusted!! Went down to book the pool staff couldn't be bothered told us to book online it would be easier, nope we're lucky to get a signal to do so, lady came round at 10 no fires which was lite in bbq and then told us her rules about music for us to turn off to then go to bed and the music blareing from other people's, nothing at all for kids to do avoid at all costs never will we be back again not even a bin near by to out your rubbish in also have to park in carpark and high everything up and down to the swamp site worst place I've ever been camping !!!!

Dear laurennl5440HL, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Share Discovery Village and I am sorry to read your review. I have followed up with the staff that were working on the weekend and they have confirmed that our Farmhouse which has access to boiling water etc was not locked at any stage as we had volunteers staying in this building which we would not be permitted to lock. Our pool staff were taking in person bookings over the weekend so I am not sure what happened here, however I will follow up with the staff who were working at the weekend. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. As per the confirmation email you would have received during booking and on our website, it states that we do not permit camp fires as our camp site is surrounded by trees. Having spoken to the person that spoke to you about this, she informed me that you had created a large fire on our grass with the flames in danger of touching other people's tents. For the safety of you and other campers, you were asked to extinguish this. In your confirmation email, information leaflet you would have received upon your arrival and on our website, it states that we ask for quiet time from 10.30pm - 7.30am. Share Discovery Village tries to ensure that all those on site respect this rule. However, I would like to apologies for any noise disturbance caused. Furthermore, we did have a full range of activities available for campers to book on to. However, as most of our activities are outdoor, the majority of these had to be called off due to the wet weather that you experienced due your stay. We apologies for this, however we cannot control the weather and it is our duty to ensure that activities only take place when it is entirely safe for customers. Best regards, Darragh Collins (CEO of Share Discovery Village)

This was a popular spot in August 2020 but thankfully we managed to book Big Mable for a Thursday morning.
When we arrived, we found the place well-organised (especially from a covid perspective) and the staff friendly and competent.
From there, we were quickly onto Big Mable and it was an absolute blast - our friendly South African boat driver (kicking myself for forgetting his name!) was hilarious and made it a trip to remember.
Will definitely be back and will try and book additional activities to go with it. Highly recommended.

The plan for this trip was to get the kids out in the natural environment as much as possible so we booked them into all the activities and they had a great time -highly recommend bushcraft, combat, towable and the inflatables. The Pods are very clean, well maintained and well stocked with all we needed. The bedding was comfortable and the pods were lovely and cosy. The staff were amazing- so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to get away from it all and get back to simple living and nature. Waking up to a daily delivery of fresh croissants and pure orange juice was a nice touch thanks

My son went here for the water park, mountain biking and paddle boarding between 19/07/21 and 23/07/21 and thoroughly enjoyed each activity. My son had previously been in July 2020 and had been on the water park twice so he wanted to try more this year, he wasn't disappointed!
Each activity is well organized and run smoothly, the lady (sorry we forgot your name 🙄) who took my son for the mountain biking (20/07/21) and paddle boarding (23/07/21) was attentive and great fun!!
It's just disappointing when a session for paddle boarding is booked for 2-4 pm and a group of 5 or 6 girls don't show up until 2:15 pm and then proceed to take ages getting changed and put sun cream on each other keeping everyone else waiting who were on time to start at 2 pm 😡
Thankfully when I mentioned at 2:20 pm how selfish these late comers were being the instructor took the initiative and just started the session, leaving the other instructor to deal with the group of selfish brats.
There should be a policy in place that if a group is late and keeping others waiting who were on time then the session should just start 5 minutes after the due time and the late group should get time taken off, or alternatively just leave the late group behind and make them re-book!
Having those that arrive on time waiting around for selfish late comers is unfair and not good business practice.
Other than the annoyance detailed above everything else was excellent, it's just a pity some people think being late is acceptable but you can't fix stupid I suppose 👍
