This happened to be my worst holiday ever! 95 % of guest are Romanian who are very noisy and lack any matters. All inclusive means one think only - eat and drink. The so called restaurant is completely Mickey Mouse. Full with running and screaming kids it is all but nice place to eat. Same old music play every day and not to mention the live "performers" in the evening - cacophony in its glory! For a couple with some demand for quality - avoid at all cost. Totally waste of money!

We had a very beautiful holiday at the location, 1.the staff was nice to us; 2.The rooms were clean every day; 3.The food was average to good, the menu repeats itfsel, especialy the lunch. 4.The hotel beach was good only for sun bath.

The resort is located right on a man made little strip of beach, unaccessible if without a car. No parking included. There is a big public parking around and you pay 10lv per day for a little parking strip on a dirt ground! Food is ok but not served hot out of the stainless steel warmers. The included drinks are few and coffee sucks. The personnel are friendly people. Got charged for mini bar waters that we didnt consume. The spa massage therapist of Russian origin was good. You have to pay 10lv for duration of stay to get the robes. Restaurant gets crowded , nobody wears masks even in tiny elevators.

A very good hotel, large, airy, spacious rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Towels were changed daily in the room. Diversified, varied and tasty food. Very good spa area, clean. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna. The only big minus is the hotel doesn't actually have a beach. The one in front of the hotel is actually an artificial beach. The entrance to the sea is made on a ladder and is very dangerous. Near the hotel, on the left, about 300 meters walk, there is a public beach with sunbeds. The entrance to the water is smooth and suitable for children. The safety measures for the covid are ok

Very good positioning, a lot of space in the rooms and very clean. Excellent spa. However, there are also many details that matter and which weren’t properly taken into consideration: - All Inclusive - poor coffee included in the menu, the good one was extra charge; poor snacks in between meals; there was no self service for food and waiters were always watching how much we eat and drink, we felt really weird because most of the times we were taking food for the whole group, which had also kids and disabled people. But we had the feeling of doing something wrong each time the personnel had their eyes on us. Average food, very salty. - small beach, with people reserving their chairs one day before and many people were left out or had to fight for their place - abandoned dogs in the restaurant - personnel moving chairs and tables very early in the morning on the terrace, so if you have your room with sea view and the door is open, you can hear all the noise - personnel at the reception ok, but at the restaurant they seemed all upset, not smiling at all Overall acceptable, but not comparable to the all inclusive we had in countries like Turkey or Egypt, especially in terms of customer service.

We stayed 5 nights here into a suite + large and clean rooms + decent price for a family - the acces to the sea from the beach is not possible - crowded because they relocate the tourists from other hotels - on the last two days of staying the watter from the bathroom had a bad smell

Been there in September and i don't regret anything. The hotel offers all you can want from an AI resort: nice, large and comfortable rooms, parking, friendly staff, very good food and drinks, location just near the sea and nice activities to do while staying (gym, kids play, beach, pool, spa).

Love this place! Got checked in, got to the room, very big room on the top floor with sea views! When we stayed the full restaurant was closed as it was very quiet and was able to use the hotel owned small restaurant a short walk away! The food was very nice. The staff was very nice and always on hand. On our last day, the main restaurant was open and was able to have breakfast, large selection on offer. highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a 200 person team building and everything was perfect. The rooms very clean, waiters very friendly and available. A good place for this kind of meeting. The hotel is located on the beach so if you intend to go in the summer its a perfect location.

Fantastic new hotel with great accommodation, service and restaurant! Food is in abundance, delicious, we stayed 8 nights and every day dishes were different and so many! Staff are very polite and servile! Spa centre is great, a lady massage therapist is very experienced and we enjoyed great massages! Lobby bar and beach bar with excellent service! We only had a hiccup with the other massage therapist and after sharing with hotel manager the massage cost was written off our bill. Again great service!
