Stayed for two nights with our friends. Tony and Gordon made us really welcome and the house is stunning. We stayed in a room called Ash - a few steps to climb but well worth it. Comfortable, warm, lovely bed, nice pillows amazing bath and shower. All in all - very well found. The attention to detail was excellent.

Returned again for another 2 nights, and had opportunity of staying in the latest newly added suite, The Round House. As before we have commented on Tony and Gordon's ability to produce stunning detailed quality, and this latest suite is no exception. I would not normally stay in a B&B and this is nothing like a B& B, it is...

It was lovely to host you both again in our newest room. So glad you enjoyed Kaywana again. Flattered you think we should go further and open a bar/restaurant in Dartmouth, maybe if I was younger!! Look forward to seeing you again next year. Best wishes Tony & Gordon.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this beautiful property. We stayed in the Roundhouse, which was wonderfully decorated, well equipped, with a stunning bathroom and a very refreshing rain shower. It was a delight to enjoy the breakfast in Tony and Gordon's stunning house. They are both excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome.We...

From the moment we entered the gates into the wooded grounds we knew we had found a "special hideaway". Tony and Gordon welcomed us into their stunning contemporary home perched on the hillside. The views over Kingswear to Dartmouth were stunning. The attention to detail in the guest rooms surpassed any where else we have stayed, from the luxurious bedding...

A very contemporary, extraordinary, modern but cozy B&B, isolated in the middle of a forest. And the owners have a lot of good recommendations for trips and restaurants. Great breakfast. And the lovely harbour of Dartmouth is nearby.

Return visit to the amazing Kaywana-- quality of the highest standard-- totally due to the discreet but professional service & attitude of Tony & Gordon. Always remember this is their HOME & a privilege to share a few days with them.

We read about Kaywana Hall last year and thought the house looked amazing. It is with bespoke fittings and stylish furniture throughout, extremely comfortable beds and delicious breakfasts. The hosts seem to have thought of everything for guest comfort and their friendly service and helpful advice on what to see in the locality make for a perfect stay.

From the moment Tony guided us in to Kaywana (getting a bit lost was a theme on this girls' weekend!) we could see immediately why this is such a special place and deserves its plaudits. Apart from having a lovely location and dazzling architecture, the attention to detail is key and Tony and Gordon made our stay memorable with their...

From the moment we arrived at Kaywana Hall we knew we had made a wise decision. Tony was there on the driveway to direct us and help with luggage. Such a comfortable welcome indeed. The property is beautiful right from the entrance gate. It is one stunning setting.

It needed to be a special break as it was the first return to Kingswear after the sale of our boat which was moored on Darthaven marina for many years. And it was special! Excellent service and attention from Tony and Gordon with the room having everything one needed.
