This is a lovely B&B in an ideal location. The stay was very peaceful and the room was warm and comfortable. Sandra and Martin were friendly and helpful - we received a warm welcome. Breakfast was great, with plenty on offer. We would certainly recommend Tudor Cottage to anyone planning on staying in the area.

Had a wonderful stay in Tudor Cottage - clean and comfy and felt very ‘covid secure’ without spoiling the holiday. A very warm welcome from Sandra and Martin and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much.

My friend I escaped here for 3 nights following a particularly tough year for both of us. Having previously visited the area a few times, we settled on Tudor cottage. Set in the most beautiful, tranquil location, Tudor Cottage is homely, welcoming and spotlessly clean. We chose to have our evening meals at the cottage and these, along with the breakfasts, were fab. Freshly cooked, generous portions and an alcohol licence. Walking distance of Porlock, Bossington Beach, Hurlstone Point and more, the cottage is set in beautiful but convenient surroundings. Was lovely waking up to the horses walking past the window in the morning. Sandra and Martin are great hosts and really helped it feel like a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fabulous time and really hope to visit again next year....hopefully with better weather this time!

Stayed for 3 nights and loved the cosiness and spotlessness of the accommodation. Sandra’s meals and hospitality were second to none and despite the rain and flooding this was the perfect autumn break. Lovely setting and easy access to the beach and coastal walks. Can’t wait to visit again.

A beautiful place to stay. Sandra greeted us on arrival and gave us useful information about the local area. Our room was lovely, and the bed very comfortable. Our bathroom was not en-suite but we had soul use of it with our own key so that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was amazing. We could choose practically anything with much of it locally sourced. We had two evening meals here too as many pubs weren’t open or fully booked. So glad we did. Nothing beats a good home cooked meal. A lovely area to explore with part of the coastal path close by, and a five minute walk to the beach.
