We stayed at the Renaissance Marina Hotel for a week. It was very adult oriented. It has a romantic and chic vibe. It was centrally located. What I loved most about it is the exclusivity of Renaissance Island for Renaissance guests only. Renaissance Island is so unique. It

We stay at the Renaissance timeshare every year. We often eat and use the pool at the Renaissance. I wanted to thank Nathaly the vacation planner for going above and beyond to make my parents anniversary a very special day. The private island is wonderful. If you dont want the

I love this hotel. I have stayed there many, many times. The last time I was there, I noticed few changes. They didn't come for Turn-down service. There were kids at the adult side at the island. They are supposed to reinforce the rule that No Children there after 10th, but no

Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for your feedback as well as for your time spent with us, we appreciate it. Indeed we are in the process of doing some changes when it comes to security for children on the adults site, it has our concern. We hope to welcome you back soon!

This hotel was in a ok location, but we moved to much better location at the Hyatt. The room was clean and very basic. We had no scenery, no balcony, nothing at all fancy about the room. The bed was comfortable, the shower was decent. We stayed here for one night just to see the

Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for your feedback as well as for your time spent with us, we appreciate it. Sorry to read about your experience, that was not a RenAruba experience we wanted for our guests. Despite your experience, we do hope to welcome you back!

The hotel staff were wonderful. I would have liked a room with a balcony as the all adult marina property did not have balconies. The rooms were small so I don’t think I researched the package enough. The shower door leaked water excessively onto the floor wetting the bath may.

Dear Valuable Guest, Thank you for your feedback as well as for your time spent with us, we appreciate it. Sorry to read about your experience, although I must say that we do not play techno or salsa before or after 8AM because our lobby/pool bar (BLUE Bar) sets the music and they open at 10AM. Because we are a 24-hour operating hotel, our pool guys needs to clean and prepare the pool in the early morning. We will address your Aquarius feedback, that is not how we want to portrait service. Overall we will redirect your pointers immediately. Despite your experience, we do hope to welcome you back soon!

Hi, there is no breakfast at the ocean suites even for platinum members. They do have a small kitchenette, with microwave, fridge and stove so you can prepare food in the room.

The Marina is more for the younger crowd and partying. The Island is very small so much of it is beach. The private beaches are quieter and less crowded than the public ones. They also have local bus line down the street that takes you out to the public beaches and back for a minimal fee. The Marina has it's own big shopping center and being right in the main area of town, there are many stores on the streets out the back entrance of the Marina. Grocery stores in a barge. So try and remember your essentials, like OTC meds, etc. It's a beautiful island and just being there relaxing is all I need. I read by the pool and meet new people. It's has been very safe there. We have never encountered any bad situation and we've gone 8 years in a row, but later in the Fall. Have a wonderful good time!

"Ocean suites pool or ocean view"
"Ask for a room with an island view. If you get a room overlooking the atrium it will be noisy."
