I visited Cadushi Apartments for a week my experience was amazing it was clean , walking distance to surface side beach that is okay but loud because of the airport. It is also walking distance to down town. The road to the apartment is bad but the most important is that the neighborhood is safe. It is gated community has so many apartments and a pool. Area to grill. The lady who served us was very nice. Nobody chill bother you . I rent a car so I can move around the island. Ask the lady and she will help you out with everything you need. The owner also was flexible and nice. The apartment has everything you need to cook and close to a grocery shop . I can rate my experience with 5 out 5 because the furniture is new and the apartment was clean and nice my neighbors are awesome.…

I enjoyed my stay at Cadushi apartments. this apartment is very spacious and fully equipped. It is close to the airport but there is no sound pollution. Oranjestad is a 25 minute walk and It is close to the beach.

Stayed for two nights. We had to make an expensive phone call to check in (nobody is in the small office at the gate). Apartment was nice, except mattresses on beds were not as comfortable for my back, and one of the ceiling aircos was broken (a loose ground airco replaced it). It is remote for Aruba (even though Aruba is small), nothing is close. We could walk to the beach area in 12 minutes, and downtown in 25 minutes. It is best to have a car when staying here. Pool is very small and unappealing. Nothing else there.

We have a time share in Aurba and travel to this beautiful island every April. Each year we book one extra night to extend our vacation. We chose Cadushi and were very excited to stay with them. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, the island of Aruba has closed down as did all airlines to get there. There is a no refund policy but given the circumstances and not physically being able to get there we were hopeful that they would refund the first half payment we paid. John said he was sorry, but due to the policy they would not refund. We will not be returning to this establishment moving forward.

Helpful service provided by John on-site. The accommodation is excellent and the pool area was nice to relax around. The Cadushi location is a bit off the beaten track and initially can be a bit intimidating. However, it is short walk to the Surfside beach area and we enjoyed dinner under the stars on the beach every night we were there - highly recommend Barefoot Landing! It is a somewhat longer walk into town (Oranjestad) and along the beach area - more traffic, a bit noisy and about 20-25 minutes or so. Keep in mind that it is very, very warm during the day, despite a nice breeze.

next time also number 8, it was very good. it was quiet, no barking of dogs. Cleaning service was very good. swimming pool was big enough. with other words we recommend it to our friends when they go to Aruba.

Wow! This place did not disappoint! Upon arrival we were met by the best manager (John) ever! We did not rent a car and then realized we needed one. John hooked us up with one for a really reasonable price. He always was available to help us out 24/7. Our house keeper (Ruth) kept things spotless and perfect every day! Super quiet spot even though it’s close to the airport. I liked staying here instead of up north. Great quiet beaches within walking distance. Rent a car and tour the island from here. Supper easy to drive in Aruba 🇦🇼 If your the type of tourist that likes to get away from tourists, or book a great place to get away with some good friends this is the place to stay! Thank you again John and Ruth. See you next year☀️🌅🍹🏝

The room was very lean and it was also cleaned daily. It was comfortable and the space was pleasant. The kitchen was perfect with all the appliances needed. The livingroom and the dinner corner were also nice. The service at Cadushi from everyone we met or spoke with was good. I will surely recommend all other guests to stay at Cadushi Apartments.

beautiful, very spacious, very clean. Useful amenities. Very comfortable. It is very private. Location was o.k. There is a small pool, you can even grill next to the pool. the service was good. There is no 24 hour front desk, but you can call them. They where very nice and friendly.
