Just a wonderful and beautiful resort. The staff are some of the friendliest and accommodating I've ever experienced. Our suite was beautiful. This is our second stay here and we love it! We hope to visit again!

We stayed at our Barcelo timeshare and frequently alternated visiting friends at the Hilton due to the close proximity. While a bit pricey since we had all inclusive it was nice to see our friends. Pool side bingo was great with awesome prizes. the poolside restaurant food such

We had a very wonderful time at the resort. Close to other restaurants and shopping. And plenty of shade at the pool and beach so you could choose where you would like to sit! Really great fish tacos and drinks.

Hotel needs to invest in properly fitting bedsheets because housekeeping repeatedly (two years in a row) can't figure out how to keep my toes from touching the bare mattress.

Does this resort offer free bicycle use for guests?
No, but there is a company that has bikes you can use around the island. They have several points to rent them out and return them. There are also several companies that can bring the bike to your hotel and pick up for rent.

Beach straw huts that’s offer needed shade from the hot sun. Great place to keep your cooler and beach stuff (phones, camera). Check out the area you like and be ready by 4pm on the dot with the palapa numbers you like to log in a book your palapa. They are gone within a minute. You can stand in line to reserve but not sure you would get one or the best one. The line was long. Hotel was full when we were there. There are also pool palapas available. Some are for a fee but some are free.

What kind of coffee in offered in the hotel rooms, if any? Thank you.
Yes as people have said single-cup coffee machines. Not bad. I can't complain. Can't recall the brand. They are refilled daily by house keeping.

Yes they add 15% resort fee and taxes. Chairs are free on the beach but to have shade you can do 2 things- rent a palapa for the week or stand in line every day. The towel hut reserves the palapa's - you stand in line the day before around 3 and the hut takes reservations at 4:00. We reserve online every yr prior to going. We rent for the week and it is all set up in the morning with chairs and towels. I would rather reserve and pay for the week then spend my vacation in line. People may complain about it but all other hotels make you stand in line at the crack of dawn or they have a lottery system. My favorite place to be every year- this will be our 16th year.

Are there any Hobbycat sailboats available for free?
Nothing is free at this run-down flea-bag resort. The restaurants are awful and the rooms smell. Do yourself a big favor ans switch to the Marriott Aruba, first-rate

"Must get a higher floor and closest to the beach or else your view is not good, blocked by trees and overlooking machinery. What a failure."
"Love the Aruba Tower! Great views and close to everything at hotel."
"We were in the Curacao building and only a few doors from the exit to the pool beach area. Recommend..."
"Stay in the main building. If you don't want to see the sea, stay in the Curacao Building."
"We were in the C building. Our room was very quiet even though it happened to be next to the ice machine. It was very light and pleasant."
