We were a party of 5 people and two rooms. This hotel is located in Plaza De Armas centrally located in the Old Havana. The hotel is equivalent a 3 star hotel and it was ok for what we came here to do. No luxuries to be expected. The breakfast was ok. It is within walking distance from a lot...

We stayed for two nights our last leg in Cuba. This place was awesome and we really did save the best for last. Our room was big and clean and the toilet was nice and big. Breakfast served was great and the staff overall were very helpful. The area is very central and we had a lovely time. Wish we...

The hotel has a great position for visiting the old town . Some of the staff are pleasant and efficient but not all . Breakfast was very poor . The service was very slow . The first morning we waited for one hour before the ordered breakfast arrived . The portions and quality was not worth the wait . The...

Hotel is very old fashioned, very expensive (350 euros per night), beds uncomfortable, pillows awful, toiletries limited, rooms drab and old fashioned and balcony so close to the next building that I could talk with my neighbours over their wshing lines. They were friendly, the staff of the hotel were not. Also, we had very loud street music most of...

This hotel was great for us as we didn't want a large hotel. Great location, breakfast was good enough for us each morning. Typical colonial building which is what we wanted within walking distance of the plazas. Only negative is that the door card opened our safe, so perhaps staff could also have access to safe! We had a room...

After my extremely bad experience with a five-star resort in a different location in Cuba I decided to treat myself with nice stay in Havana. Historical hotel right in the Old Town on Havana seemed to be the right choice. And yes it was a good choice in terms of a location and a colonial feel. The hotel needs some...

Beautiful old building, but WAY overpriced. Not worth the $375 at all. The staff was rude and the bell man tried to sell me fake cohiba cigars at a premium. They charge $4.50 for a $1.50 internet card you can buy down the street. Find a nice casa particular for a quarter of the price or try another of the...

You go to Havana to experience the history and its people. You stay at the Hotel Santa Isabel because of its awesome location in Old Havana. The hotel is at the center of the old part of the city - convenient walk to everything. While the hotel is old and at times the facilities are not flawless, the location makes...

this hotel is all about location, location, location. Situated at the top of Obispo, this is the ideal spot to stay in order to tour Havana Old Town. The breakfast is quite basic but enough to choose from. When we arrived we were given our room key and found someone in there. Turns out they'd given someone else the wrong...

A Spanish colonial palace on a quiet square that truly enraptures you at sunrise and sundown. The busy booksellers and the incredible views are mesmerizing. We found the location to be ideal and perfect for exploring old Havana.
