We spent 5 nights in Havana and were extremely pleased with our choice of accommodation. Hostal Jenny Lourdes is out of the busy tourist district of Old Havana in the more cosmopolitan Vedado area. The casa is just off Avenida 23 which is the main street in the area; you are able to get in a "collectivo" which will pick...

We spent 5 nights in Havana and had a great stay. Great location, out of the busy tourist district with a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get to anywhere via taxi and the area is very safe and laid back. Our room had a terrace area which was great for a few drinks in the evening...

We spent three months at the JennyLourdes Hostal in Havana. All basic comforts -- hot water, AC, etc. -- are provided. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Bed linen is changed every three days. Breakfast is personalised. The family is wonderfully friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure our long stay was as comfortable as possible.

This is a long overdue review but one worth doing. I stayed at jenny's last september (2014) with a few friends on both a business and pleasure trip for about 2 weeks. They were previously recommended to us by other friends and we contacted them by email. It was all quite straight forward and reasonably priced. Me and my male...

My friend and I stayed at this casa particular for nearly 3 months! Jenny, Lourdes and the rest of the family were incredible - incredibly hospitable, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The house is clean, rooms are cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels - and breakfast is included too! We recommend...

I stayed with a friend at Jenny's house and I am still amazed on how they made us feel like home. Jenny, Lourdes, Ernesto and all the ladies were always super helpful by giving us the best advices on how to move and where to go in La Habana, making sure that we were safe and we get the best...

We had a lovely stay at this casa particular. Jenny, Lourdes and the rest of the family were very hospitable and friendly, and made our stay comfortable. The place is extraordinarily clean, the rooms are air-conditioned, and we were even able to watch the Fifa games on the tv in our room. We had access to the kitchen upstairs, which...

I am a woman travelling on my own and found the Hostal Jenny Lourdes to be everything I wanted from a Casa. Firstly, I felt really safe here. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with private shower/bathroom and I was able to get a real feel for Cuban culture and life. Whilst the hostal is not in the centre of things,...

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Jenny and Lourdes' casa particulares. It was an excellent , comfortable and safe place to stay. Jenny is a very hospitable lady and her staff are great people especially Miguel. Their Casa is located just outside old Havana though it is only a 5 CUC taxi ride to the center of town....

Not to be confused with the Casa Habana Lourdes, Hostal Jenny Lourdes did exactly what the many positive reviews on tripadvisor said it would do.You can trust Jenny and her many and varied family members to fix cost-effective solutions to your local needs. It is a fascinating part of town with residents opening up restaurants in their gardens etc.
