We stayed here 15th November 2016 for a night with my wife whilst we visited Havana. The people who run this place a great, very friendly, they do a delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My boyfriend and i stayed here in April and can't recommend it highly enough. We arrived too early and our room wasn't ready but received the warmest welcome from the lovely Amallia, who offered us refreshments and a comfy couch to wait on until our room was ready. It is very much a Cuban casa, comfortable and clean with the...

There are surely more charming casas particulares in Havana but if we are ever going back to Cuba, which I hope we could, we probably would still stay at Casa Verde. Why? Because this is where we felt at home and looked after in Havana. We wanted to stay in a casa particular to get a more authentic feel of...

Casa accommodations seem to differ hugely. Casaverde was the best of three we visited. The lobby is clean and spacious and the rooms have nothing to complain about. Typical breakfast is included: nothing bad to say about it because it was the same in every casa we visited. Location is excellent because it's basically half way from the main attractions....

We used Casaverde as a place to stay in Havana upon arrival and departure from Cuba. Hotel was nice, clean and gave us a confident feeling about security - the front gate was always padlocked shut when we turned up in the middle of the day or in the evening! We stayed in 2 different rooms, one better than the...

Casa verde has a great website. Amalia is very friendly and that is where I will end it. For 45 euros a night, one can do better. Centro Havana is a slice of real Havana, the buildings are falling apart, Cubans are in the street. Parts smell. Some may like it others may not. The plus side, you are close...

We stayed here after our Casa didn't have room for us. Amalia is the front office person and is lovely.. She loves practicing her English. The breakfast was great and she has a lovely little puppy called Sucche. Rafael the owner was very friendly too, The place is clean and in a good location. The breakfast is terrific. Watch out...

We stayed here after our original casa didn't have room for us (so they moved us here) and it was a good move! The casa is spacious, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly and generous. Breakfast was delicious - some of the best omelette's we've had. Highly recommended.

We stayed at a nearby Casa initially that could not accommodate our 3rd night, we were delighted with this recommendation and wished we had longer here. The place is beautiful and retains the best parts of the old building but is fitted with modern features and bathrooms and is extremely clean. They even have nice linen which is a rare...

A great casa with several rooms, comfortable, clean, well located just a couple of blocks back from the Malecon, and serving one of the best brekkies of my trip! Owner Rafael and his family are very friendly and accommodating and, compared to the casa I stayed in in Vedado, CasaVerde was a much better deal at CUC 25. In fact,...
