Rosa's casa is the perfect place to start your trip through Cuba. Rosa makes you feel like a friend and at home when getting used to Havana. She gives great tips where to go and where to eat and she arranged private salsa classes for us. It's a great budget option and a good way to experience the local life.

I really liked staying at Rosa's place in Havana, its in a good location in el centro, easy walk to both Habana Vieja and Vedado. She was very welcoming and always made sure we were safe and comfortable and also helped to organise a place to stay for me at my next location. She offers a shared room which is...

Rosa is lovely and she allows a SHARED ROOM with LOCKERS. This is what I wanted throughout my whole trip in Cuba and only found it in my last stop in Havana. It's in a great location and all amenities are nearby. Once again, Rosa is lovely and deserves only good people in her house. Mark, Visitante de la casa...

I really disagree with the review below! For me it sounds like this person should not have been in Cuba first of all! Cuba is not safe and it is a whole different culture. If you want to go to Cuba, it is to experience Cuba, you should not stay in Havana if you just want to lay at the...

I checked in to Casa de Rosa and expected it to be wonderful based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and the photos. Although the rooms look like the photos, what they don't tell you is that the rooms smell like mold and are musty. The first room I was offered was so moldy I had a hard time breathing. I...

I would recommend Rosa's house 100% to anyone travelling to Cuba (and it seems I'm far from the first to say so). I stayed there for about 2 months because it felt like a new home. Rosa is a big element in making it so special, and in addition the room is spacious and comfortable, the location is superbly central...

I've been there once, for 10 days, and I feel as I was at home. Rosa is an excellent person, she really helped me and my gf a lot. Everything I needed was at hand and she also provided things like beer, a very good breakfast, transfer to the airport, many tips from Habana and Cuba as well. I really...

We arrived at 3 o clock at night and Rosa was still waiting for us. No problems for her arriving in the middle of the night. It was a nice house in a good neighborhood in Havana. Rosa was like a mom, please watch out, take a cab, you can use my lonely planet, so nice! What we really liked...

“Book directly with Rosa, I ended up overpaying as I used hostel bookers. It was the most expensive Casa we stayed in during our Cuba stay.”
