The best location, the nicest service, this is the place to stay in la Havana. Nice breakfast, the convent is very zen and fenshui in the heart of the old busy town. The rooms have a good size. The price is reasonable, internet works pretty well in comparison with other famous hotels. It is a privilege to sleep there

Place is located right in the heart of the old town in Havana, not far from the main squares and cruise ship terminal. Can walk to all the sites. Place is just a door from the outside, but once in is a hidden oasis of fountains, plants and hotel rooms. Rooms are simple with a fridge, twin bed, TV with...

A casa particular this is not. its a little religious hotel. very serene, clean and atmospheric. downsides are that theres no tourist info nor English spoken. they do however have v cheap wifi which is like hens teeth in cuba. its in a fantastic position near the water and also the tourist sights. if you walk further south from the...

The location is perfect to get to know old Havana and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. But compared to other casas I've stayed in Cuba I wouldn't recommend it. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The interior was really beautiful, but all together it just wasn't a typical cuban experience that you will have at a casa...

I stayed here in the end of November 2016. I found it to be secure, clean and quiet. The room also had air conditioning. It truly is an oasis of quiet and peace in a hectic, decayed and aggresive city. To get a reservation I think you need to email the convent. I received a reply in a day and...

we couldn't book anywhere direct from England as we hadn't any answer to our requests sent by email to good value hotels centrally located. Until the Convento Hotel Santa Brigida replied within a day. We had great correspondence and everything was clear. The hotel was super clean and the room spacious. The breakfast was changing every day and very good....

It is always a privilege to be able to explore one of Central American, Caribbean or South American colonial cities whilst staying in a current or ex convent. Luckily such hotels abound from Brazil and Colombia, to Havana and Mexico. This is a particularly well located hotel in old town, close to all places of interest, efficiently run by the...

This functioning convent, turned part-hostel, can only be reached on foot. you'll need a guide. It is located only a few meters from Plaza Vieja, and close to all things old-Havana. The building is lovely, and populated by nuns, helpers, fish and caged birds. Gardens and quiet spaces abound. Our room was huge, with basic but adequate bathroom. We had...

This is a great spot for peace and quiet yet close to many places to eat and see. The nuns were friendly and the security is good. The rooms were very clean and there is an elevator in the building. The breakfast is very basic, if the add to that it will make the experience even better.
