Dear guest, We appreciate the time it took to detail your experience at NH Capri, for us it is very important to know the experience of our guests on the Trip Advisor page. Our guest’s comments help as make the necessary adjustments on what you think is not so good, and keep improving those on which you think we are good. Our carpeted floors are cleaned at least twice a week and get vacuum on daily basis. Some of our hallways carpeting show some stained or washed out spots due to bad practices in the past. New carpeting has arrived to our City and next year our hotel will start to replace it starting on January on the first 3 floors. We will try to trace and fix that safe that did not work as well so that everything could be perfect for the new guest to get into that room. Your review is very positive and complete. To be honest, we feel disheartened for not having achieved our goal of total satisfaction in your case. We look forward achieving the best score in your next stay. Sincerely yours. Many thanks for your confidence in our Hotel NH Capri La Habana. We do accept all Visa and MasterCard credit cards provided that those cards are not issued by an USA bank because, as most of the bearers know, they are not entitled to be used in Cuba. The hotel offers a wide dinning offer. Kindly check with our Front Office staff upon arrival they will be glad to advice you the best options for an outing and/or an otside dinning. They gave us a free card for one hour, after that I think it was one 1.50 CUC per card. I don't know about Snapchat, but Instagram and Facebook were accessible, so I would guess yes.
