I did not stay at the hotell, but eat there many times! Rooftop bar is beautiful! You can see the whole city! And you must get a drink to get there. One of the best resturant in the city. Also there is Internett!

This would have to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms had mildew on the ceilings the bathroom was in disrepair and only cold water for the shower as the hot water was not working They have not cleaned the curtains in years We had to move to another hotel we would not stay another night

They charge a cover price for the roof terrace but don't think twice! This is the best view in Santiago de Cuba and it's at its most gorgeous at sunset! Just sit back, relax and enjoy the view under the wings of the cathedral's angel! Breathtaking!!!

Right in centre .Bit noisy in the room we where in . 2nd floor . In fact music played for a good part of day and night. Food very good. Tour guides outside a bit of a pain at first. Resonably priced with a multitude of bars etc all around. Rooftop bar views very good

This is a classic old hotel sited right in the centre of Santiago. It was mentioned by Graham Greene in our man from Havana It has a fabulous roof terrace, which is ideal for a cocktail in the early evening and also for breakfast. It has been refurbished well. The hotel is located on the main square of Santiago and therefor perfect for exploring the city. The old building is very charming and especially the lobby and terrace just above the sidewalk are appealing. The view from the roof terrace and bar is spectacular. This is a beautiful colonial hotel with incredible views both from the rooms overlooking the plaza and from the rooftop bar. The room was large and airy with a clean and convenient bathroom.
