First of all, the pictures are deceiving. They need to update there stuff. I was here for 6 days, actually still here and leave on Tuesday. I have never been so disappointed in my life. They should tear it down and rebuild. It is stuck in the 40's. We have had no hot water, not even warm, when asking for...

If you go use the taxi driver Moreno. He was awesome. He speaks little English and points out historical points and points of interest while driving. The hotel Staff was awesome and were there all the time with someone that speaks English. Food was so good. We tried most of the dishes they cooked and the wines. We had a...

The people in Dominican Republic are great. I wish I had taken everyone's name at the resort. Everyone was wonderful, from the front desk, to the cleaning crew, to the security crew, to the bar and kitchen crew. I give them 5 Stars and then sum. The service is 2nd to none.

Although the rooms are dated, the staff are very friendly. The Italian restaurant had wonderful food. It was all made with fresh ingredients. I never had a bad meal. I really enjoyed Carlos the bartender/waiter. He made our stay a memorable one. The one thing we did find was it was in a not so good area. We were told,...

Picture this if you will, a nice hotel, nice bar and restaurant, plopped right in the middle of a downtown slum. Rooms were outdated to the 50's or 60's, stove was rusted, frig only made everything frozen, had to turn down almost to off. Staff was very nice and friendly, if you went out at night and walked, couldn't go...

The hotel was just okay, the staff was friendly. If you're looking for something super cheap which was my case then yes stay here. There was no hot water what so ever. So don't expect hot water. The rooms were clean. The beds are not comfortable. They did have a restaurant and bar downstairs, and different tourist packages that ranged...

I wish I had a photo to back this review up but just trust me when I say...crap rooms, dingy bath towels, no hand towels in the room and housekeeping didn't bring any, stained and dingy bedding, dusty curtains, tiny showers that smelled old and gross, gross toilet and rusty sinks, unswept floors, dirty fridge, dirty stove, couldn't get tv...

The staff here is great. Be prepared to have to speak some Spanish as many of them are not bilingual. The pool area is beautiful. The restaurant was good too for some basic meals, not fancy. They have wi-fi, though it was spotty at times. It is located outside of Santo Domingo so u have to pay the 200 Pesos...

The only positive they have is 24hrs security. This hotel is located in the Capital of Santo Domingo. Is nothing entertainment around....

The room we had was pretty big: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The room's air conditioning was pretty functional, I was very pleased with that because it's SO HOT in Dominican Republic. However, the maids did a poor job keeping the room clean and fresh. My feet would get really dirty if i walked around barefoot...
