I should preface my review by stating that I was on a tight budget for this trip, and, had already read reviews from others, so I had an idea of what to expect. Plus, I visited this city many times and knew the area. With that said, Hotel Jade is clean and cheap. The rooms are small and the bathrooms...

The room floor was clean, but the bed wasn't and smell dirty ( sleep with my clouts on) very noise and have black outs throughout the night. Didn't like the neighborhood either. No where to charge my phone.

I traveled to Santo Domingo with my boyfriend as usual. We didn't stay long but the room was nice but a little small. It has a chic feel, I actually thought it was a little pricy taking in consideration the ''quality'' of it. I would go back to this hotel, I liked it.

After reading other reviews, I was surprised that my room was so spacious. My room had one queen size bed and a single bed as well as a small closet, table, and dresser. The room doesn't have a safe, but there is a dresser drawer that can be locked. I upgraded to the Superior room in order to have a...

Near the end of the tourist zone (and a block from a market that must have been a huge tourist draw back in the day), this hotel offers clean, comfortable amenities in a slightly claustrophobic building. In the daytime it's an easy base for exploring Santo Domingo, though I would be careful how far you roam at night. The staff...

Nice little hotel in zona colonial. We travelled as a couple. Room was really small but cozy and toalet too. It was nice that there was balcony in the room. But minus was that at night all street noise disturbed our sleeps. Breakfast was small. There is a jumbo express market on the other street where we buy more breakfasr...

I would like to start by saying the hotel staff were super nice and helpful. The place was clean and cozy. The decor was nicely done and welcoming. Some things that I didn't like or could make for better customer service. When I booked my room online I paid for a Superior room as I knew I would need the...

Budget Hotel near Zona Colonial, about 10 minutes walking. Clean, good wifi and friendly staff. Very small room and bathroom but confortable! Poor breakfast!! However, worth the value. If you come by car, the parking lot is on the street.

Im only going to give it 2. This place has potential, but I was disappointed by it. It gets its two points from being clean, working AC and friendly maids. Check in starts at 3pm. Arrived a little too early, but the room was finished at 12:40. However, the lady in the reception wanted 15 USD for entering the room...
