I have not actually stayed at King Solomon hotel but was trying to get them to cater my wedding in a different hotel. Instead all I got from them was an expansive long distance bill, a lot of frustration and disappoints. I was dealing with a woman name Margarita and it took her a more than a month and many...

We got a really gOod deal, but you know what they say: you get what you pay for. 3 weeks before our trip, we called to confirm, when our contact informed us (in a very matter of fact manner) that they moved from puerto plata to punta Cana. We just wanted our money back, but she has been very uncooperative!!!...

Best Kosher vacation we ever had. Especially considering the price. If Peisach could be a celebration of tasty food than that what it was. Meat was fresh and organic. All meat was veal. The cakes were so good you couldn't tell the difference between Passover or not. The milk came from cows milked early in the morning. Service was good....

We did a last minute booking for Passover and it was one of the best Holidays we had in years. I did read about the issues but my husband convinced me to go away...

The rooms are dirty, the staff unattentive and management non-existent. The staff will smile and promise you anything you ask, just don's expect to get anything. The rooms were filty, carpets not vacuumed in years - I was told "our vacuum is broken". Mold in the showers that work intermittently with very limited hot water. Hotel may have been nice...

The kosher food was not kosher! The Pictures that was shown on their website are not real and has nothing to do with what we actually got. (Bait and switch) They show you extremely beautiful pictures when you pay. A week or two prior to the vacation the website was updated with the true pictures... find More details @ http://kingsolomonkosherresort-scam.blogspot.com/

In short, the beach is beautiful as are the outside grounds of the playa dorada. The unrenovated rooms are moldy and have mildew in the bathrooms. The service is non existent. Bring your own towels and possibly your own blanket. If the airconditioning doesn't break, it will be noisy and not adjustable. The kosher program has adequate food, most of...
