We booked this room in August 2014. Upon arrival on 9/4/14 we put our bags in the room and walked to look at the pool. To our surprise, the pool was closed. Not only was it closed, it looked as if they were tearing it out because there were concrete chunks filling the bottom of the pool and absolutely no...

We didn't stay for long, but it was a nice stay. The hotel is not that big and it's at the beach so we had the impression it was only us there. Alhough the location is really good. The beach is really nice and there is a bar at the beach. Wifi is available through out the hotel.

I travel to Negril 7 mile beach at least once a year. I LOVE JAMAICA! Anyhow, I feel that the “resort” was okay. There was a mix of couples, families and single adults. The staff was friendly except the bartenders (Females). The security guards and life guard (Cavell) were very hospitable and helpful. However, the food and drinks were a...

My wife and me (30&34) have chosen this hotel because we wanted to save some money for the hotel and force ourselves to go out to other places for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I guess we made everything right. We did not expect much and these expectations were met. The rooms have a basic things you´d like to have: Toilet,...

I would first like to thank all the staff at Negril Palms for making my vacation truly enjoyable and safe. I actually stayed there from the 16th-25th of July and had faced many complications trying find a safe location to stay due to my personal circumstances. Security: Let me say that Ms. Brown and Alex were amazing and did an...

Location is great, in middle of 7-mile beach. Grounds and all flowering plants and trees provided a very inviting walk through the property. .Room was very clean, king bed comfy and bathroom spacious. However, pool was a mess, filled with water but totally filled with clumps of sand on bottom which was unappealing. Restaurant was very poor. Food overpriced, quality...

Very basic bare bones accommodations. Set your expectations very low if you choose to stay here. This is a two star hotel. The sheets and towels didn't look clean, they didn't provide a blanket nor iron. They harrass you if you have outside guests. The woman at the front desk literally screamed at me saying my guest better not be...

I am a Jamaica frequent so....Lets get right to it, this is not a Hilton, nor Marriott, but it has it's own unique quality. My room was not big ,but not small. There were 3 of us and, we had a queen sized bed plus a twin. Our bathroom had an open shower without a door (sorry no pics). There...

Was at the Palms for 9 days in June and July. Staff was very pleasant, nice and overall good. The restaurant is horrible. the food is overprice, the food don't taste good and the Restaurant Manager mess up my order of food 2 days in a row. I decided not to eat there no more. One major issue I had....
