BYO beach towel. We were informed the hotel has only enough for the current towels to be washed each day and the same put back in your room each afternoon. Garden side Apartment is nice and quiet. Kitchenette has coffee pot (filters and coffee must be purchased at the HiLo

Second trip. My wife and I really love the laid back vibe on the cliffs. There could be some more variety to the AI menu but the food was really good nevertheless. Marcia and Owayne at the bar were really great. Maintenance staff is very friendly. We never failed to receive

Thank you so much for the #5bubblereview! It seems that it is we who should be giving you the 5-star review, since you entertained our guests so well! We are delighted that our little family-owned hotel was again the right place for you and your wife to vacation. We are known for having the friendliest staff in Negril – Marcia and Owayne will be thrilled that you mentioned them – they are always so cheerful and enjoy meeting people from all over the world. We look forward to your return visit when you are ready to book please ask us about the 10% returning guest discount.

we really had fun, water was a little rough but I am a strong swimmer so I loved it. I would not recommend the all inclusive, drinks were great but food was basic (we did not get the package). we stayed in the pillar house which the views from the balcony was insane, (rustic

A little "rustic" but the staff was attentive and pleasant, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and cliffs for swimming. The snorkeling was fun, but not a lot to see. The meals were homemade local cuisine and the bar was a delight with a very pleasant Owayne serving up the

Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We are delighted that you enjoyed our homemade food and our excellent staff – including Owayne who will be thrilled that you mentioned him. You are quite the trooper to have enjoyed the storms, and we’re glad you found them entertaining. On your next trip to Negril, try going on a glass-bottom boat ride. They will take you on a tour of the reef where you will definitely find the marine life you were looking for. Thank you for choosing Samsara, and we hope you come back and try us again sometime.

We spent 2 weeks here and loved the quieter relaxing time. Enjoyed the ocean cliffs and the pool. Place was clean and friendly. Food was good but could have a bit more variety to choose from. Their restaurant across the street had amazing food. Great place to relax as there is

Thank you so much for the rating and review! We are delighted you enjoyed your two weeks with us – we enjoyed having you as well! We have noted your suggestion for more variety on the buffet but are happy you still found the food to be good, and glad that you tried Ciao Jamaica! Thank you for choosing Samsara, and we hope to see you again soon!

I’d say you’d need to go out 30-50 meters. I talked to some fellow guests who went fishing and didn’t get a lot, but that was just one day. Many fishing excursions.

Hello. We had wondered the same thing when we started going to Negril, staying at both Samsara and Legends . There are many places to eat close to each resort, most quite reasonably priced. We narrowed it down to an average of $100.00/day for 2 adults which would included food only!! Another thing you have to be aware of is that Everything is priced in US dollars and there is 20% tax levied on most things there. If you drink, go with the All inclusive!!! Drinks most places, especially the hotel(s) are WAY over priced. Take a big insulated drink holder. We ventured out and found that the smaller, family run restaurants charge in Jamaican dollars and NO taxes. The Chinese convenience stores don't charge taxes and their prices are reasonable for everyday items, including alcohol. Hope this helps, any more questions ,give us a shout. Have fun.

I would recommend emailing Samsara with your question. They were very helpful and quick in answering a,few questions I had. Their email is on their website.
