We had a wonderful visit to the Acacia. Next time we will plan more time! I loved the architecture. It's a very small hotel (as they say, boutique). It does not have all the amenities of a big conference center (the kind of place I'm usually stuck in), but the staff was very

What a pleasure to learn you enjoyed your stay with us and love your 5 stars review! Acacia was set in a restored 1920s Spanish villa, this elegantly laid-back hotel is an eclectic combination of asian decor, spanish architecture and tropical rainforest. We are delighted you loved its architecture.. Thank you very much for selecting our hotel and mentioning our amazing staff. We appreciate you taking the time to review our hotel, and to sharing with us. Hope to have you come back in the future to celebrate birthdays, and happy seasons. We look forward to welcoming you and your family on future trips to San Juan. Ivelisse Medina, Manager

I was excited about staying here because it looked to be very historical and beautiful. The lobby and pool areas were beautiful, along with the outside building. A room on the other hand, had sand all over the floor and bed. D dust bunnies everywhere. Definitely in need of some

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our Acacia Boutique Hotel. Rest assured we are listening to our guests' comments and suggestions and all will be taken into consideration for future possibilities.Acacia was set in a restored 1920s Spanish villa, this elegantly laid-back hotel is an eclectic combination of asian decor, spanish architecture and tropical rainforest. We are in a great location with many places within walking distance, to include supermarket, pharmacy, gourmet deli, banks, bars and restaurants , shopping, bars, clubs, night life, places of interests and only a 10-15 minutes drive to everything San Juan! We also have a .75 cents bus stop steps from our hotel's sidewalk which takes you just about everywhere and while we are not a five star resort, we do offer great value for a three plus star boutique hotel with a seductive atmosphere and warmth. Alsoa big plus, Our in-house hotel, Niche Bistro won the Best Choice award for the best restaurant aroud. for breakfast and dinner. Please note that we take extreme pride in keeping our property up to the highest of standards, but clearly our housekeeping team had a lapse during your time with us. We wish you would have addressed this with us as our housekeeping is available at any time. Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay. We are delighted to learn that you enjoyed your overall stay, despite the issues you mentioned. I look forward to you staying with us again soon. Ivelisse Medina, Manager

I extended a trip I had taken with family and booked this hotel. It was exactly as I envisioned. I was alone so I wanted to make sure I was in a safe area. I walked to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. All were wonderful. The rooms are clean, adorable,

Dear Stephanie We love your amazing review! Thank you very much for sharing wih us. We are thrilled that you have enjoyed your stay and our spa tub!! The entire team works very hard to ensure that we deliver a high standard of service and a warm, memorable experience. Our hotel is indeed very well located, close to many restaurants, close to beach, banks, clubs, bars, supermarkets, shopping, Old San Juan and more. We hope you come back and stay with us should your travels bring you back to San Juan. We will wait for you in a near future. Ivelisse Medina, Manager

We stayed at this property 18 months after hurricane Maria devastated the island. I'm willing to overlook the cracked glass on the balcony door and mirror. Perhaps glass is still hard to acquire. However, our room, a queen with balcony, was very small. The walls had peeling

Dear Maureen, Thanks for recommending us and for your feedback, We loved that you enjoy the food at our Niche Bistro Restaurant and our great location, next to North Beach. Please note that we take extreme pride in keeping our property up to the highest of standards, but clearly we had a lapse since Maria hurricane. The hurrican impact glasses were out of stock and therefore we are still waiting for the shipment to arrive for some of them. We’re astonished to read your review about housekeeping issues and will look into your feedback with the entire team. Other than that we appreciate your being a frequent guest. Next time your travel brings you to San Juan, please call on us directly for a great accomodation. Ivelisse Medina, Manager
