We did not stay here but had dinner on rooftop. The food id very nice and while service is friendly most of the staff really didnt know much about what was going on. A little disorganised but we got our food and drinks and it is a great lookout in the middle of magnificent old san juan. You will have...

Stayed in a small single room, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful. Since several of us met there we decided to try almost all the appetizers and really enjoyed our meal. The breakfast was more than adequate and the young lady serving was so friendly and helpful. Great location in Old San Juan.

A small hotel in Old San Juan, probably 2.5 or 3 stars. Clean, comfortable and the employees are all extremely nice and helpful. And, they have a really cool restaurant and bar on the roof. Right in the middle of everything.

This is our favorite hotel in Old San Juan (OSJ) and the location is absolutely perfect- close to all the major attractions, restaurants and nightlife that OSJ has to offer. The guys that work there speak fluent English and are always helpful to their guests. This hotel is charming and feels like coming home to meet your family for the...

A fantastic 3 star hotel tucked away down a side street right by the historic Verona Arena. Service first class. All the staff were very friendly. Couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast excellent with a good choice served with traditional Italian cakes as well. The position couldn't be more central. You can literally throw a stone from the rooftop bar...

Didn't stay here. Ate on the rooftop. Started raining and no one even suggested we move inside. We had to pick up our food and drinks and move inside. Waiter never came back because inside are different waiters. No one even noticed we moved. Food okay, drinks better. View nice. Wouldn't return. Also, they should make holes or something in...

Having noticed the sign it was Trip Advisor awarded I stopped in. I had the fried pork, overdone and not much flavor. For the price and "previous" reputation I expected better. The rooftop terrace was nice but still not worth the visit.

We stopped into the rooftop restaurant for a beer at happy hour. Beers were $2. I also had the carne frita which was great. Its a nice place to get out of the heat and enjoy a nice view of Old San Juan. Our waiter Flipper was friendly and fun to talk to.

The hotel is right in the heart of Old San Juan and walking distance to many great attractions. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful--especially Hiram! There is a rooftop restaurant called Punto de Vista that has excellent food and drinks as well. Good happy hour with two for one mojitos.

We were going on a southern Caribbean cruise and were looking for a hotel in old San Juan near the cruise port. Hotel Milano fit our needs very well. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was convenient to every place we wanted to go. The only downside was the air conditioning, it could only be turned...
