This hotel is in a great location with a roof top terrace with a spectacular view of the harbor. You are just a short walk to the best places in Old San Juan but not in crush of cruise people. Cool little bar on the ground floor open a few nights a week is a lot of fun

This hotel is a must stop even if you dont stay here. They serve brunch on the weekend and most food is sourced directly from the owners farm. The rooftop is amazing and the staff is unbeatable. Ask for yoga on the roof, they have a resident yogi. Nothing beats sitting on the roof with a drink in hand baking...

We usually pick our hotel based on value for money but this was nowhere near value for money. The rooms are basic, small and dark. I know San Juan is more expensive than a lot of places in the Caribbean but this was beyond basic and so expensive. Staff were good but not the room. Location ok but too many...

The hotel is in a great location in old San Juan. The woman that checked us in was very friendly, giving us lots of information about the city. Our room was very big with extremely high ceilings. The bed was quite comfy. We had one issue that was resolved a quickly as possible. The roof top bar / restaurant /...

I would describe my vacation at Terraza last month in December as average, the staff didnt really interact with me at any point of the stay, sometimes I would walk by and literally not even a good morning, I wouldnt say they were rude, I would just say not much in the way of customer service. I liked my room...

We stayed two days in this high end boutique hotel in old San Juan, throughly enjoying the experience. The staff is very well versed in all aspects of guest support and owner's family is very "hands on" with it's running. The roof top breakfast is unique to this hotel, not the usual continental breakfast choices found in so many others....

We had a really nice two night stay. Our room was a suite with nice high ceilings. We had a view of the rooftops and the street. The room was quiet. It is a historic style building, that has been updated and well kept. It has an elevator. There was a nice flat screen TV, good AC unit, king sized...

We didn't stay here as it was full but we came for breakfast and a dip in the pool on the beautiful rooftop terrace. Breakfast was soooo delicious (eggs Benedict). The staff are so friendly and even though we weren't hotel guests we could sunbathe on the terrace and use the plunge pool. Great views of Old San Juan.

La Terrazza de San Juan is at a perfect location. This is a great place to fall in love with Old San Juan. The staff was extremely helpful when we needed advice. The hotel is not noisy and super calm. It is definitely a great place for family and couples.

When I came to the front door to get checked in, they didn't greet me at all, both two staff at the reception desk were busying talking to another woman, which made me feel like I was at the wrong place, I thought it might be a bar and was about to leave, and then the staff started to talk...
