Hotel is just a few blocks away from where the cabs drop you off at Plaza Colon. Easy central location for anything you want to see in Old San Juan. I’d stop in 2 or 3 times a day to recharge the phone and cool off. Staff was always friendly. Mini fridge and basic cable available

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. Everything was perfect! Very very very good location. In the middle of everything.
People on reseption were extremely helpful! Rooms were clean. A/C worked well. No complains at all.

We stayed here for one night while waiting to board a cruise. The hotel is in the heart of Old San Juan, and the hotel itself is very old (reminded us of a 1940's gangster movie set in New York). We were on the top floor (5), with no window. Room was very quiet, but pitch black

Nowhere was it revealed when I reserved this room that it had no window. It was extremely basic. Poorly lit. Didn’t even have a drinking glass, hand towel, or bar of soap when I arrived. The location is nice if you want to explore Old San Juan. The bed had a plastic protector

how far are you from the airport, cost of taxi and how far from port and cost of taxi?
You are @15 minutes from the airport. The taxi will cost about $30 with tip depending on the number of people you are traveling with and the number of suitcases. The port is only about 10 minutes away and using Uber it was about $10. However be careful with Uber drivers as they like to pretend they get lost so the fare will more than double. Using a taxi will cost $16.00.

I will be traveling May1-6 and I need to know the parking availability
I arrived by plane and used taxi service so not sure. There is limited parking along the street. I would contact the hotel directly.

What is the parking situation?
We didn't drive at all during our week long stay. You can literally walk the entire town. The only parking I saw was on the street which is very limited and the streets are very skinny. There is a taxi stand on the corner where you can grab transportation.
