Perfect location, easy to find and close to many shops, restaurants, and cruise terminal. The staff were great and very helpful! We booked a suite that was refurbished and slept 4, the room was ok size but it was not comfortable for 4, the sofa hide a bed was very uncomfortable, for the couple using it, the doors to the...

Pre-cruise... We spent a night here. We prefer small local boutique hotels when we travel, rather than the large homogenous chains. Perfect location in old San Juan, great area to walk to many restaurants and the water. Helpful, polite staff. Small, but clean room, comfy bed. It was a little noisy over overnight from the street, but not enough to...

It is right in the heart of Old San Juan. I mean the perfect location! It is super cute. The staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us recommendations for dinner and what to see. The hotel room was small, but super cute and cozy. Balcony was so nice. Highly recommend this place to anyone staying in San Juan.

We had a party of eight adults going on a cruise and arrived a day early to enjoy old San Juan. We arrived at the hotel at 7:00 AM, long before our 3:00 check-in time. The hotel staff greeting us graciously, allowing us to store our luggage while we explored the town. We had three rooms and all were extremely...

We chose this hotel based on reviews on TripAdvisor and a desire to stay in old San Juan. Given that we were only going to stay a day before and after our Caribbean cruise, we felt it was a safe bet to stay. One thing that is not mentioned in many reviews is the difficulty of getting a private taxi...

If you're looking for a roomy, quiet hotel... this definitely isn't it. If location is more important, and you don't mind a LOT of outside noise all through the night, this is a reasonable location. Pros: - Comfortable bed - Great location - Nice staff Cons: - Very noisey late into the night - Odd glass bathroom door, so no...

My family of five stayed in two Junior suites for two nights prior to a cruise. The staff were very warm and accomodating; the location was great for a walking tour of San Juan The rooms were very clean and in great condition and although previous reviews commented on noise we did not find it to be overly concerning; more...

We decided to arrive a day before our cruise to have an extra day and see some of San Juan. Cervantes was terrific. Great location. We asked for some advice on what to see and they gave us a map and marked off what we had asked about. It was a great way to see the city. We walked up...

Location! Location! Location! In the heart of Old San Juan minutes from the cruise ship piers. We booked for two nights prior to departing on a cruise. Staff couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant.

We stayed only one night and wished we could have stayed a little longer. The hotel is extremely conveniently located, next to parking options, great restaurants, great places to visit, free transit and charming streets. The building is very stylish and well appointed, with a modern European/Old World flare. Our bedroom faced Calle Tetuan behind Recinto Sur on the third...
