This hotel was centrally located in Old San Juan. It was the perfect location as it was less than a mile from all the major attractions in Old San Juan. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. The décor around the hotel was fabulous and expertly melded well with the old world feel. There are no...

Stayed here back in September. I was a little hesitant to book this hotel because of the potential noise from the club below. At the same time, I wanted to be in close to the action so I can just stumble my way back to my room. This hotel was the perfect compromise :) Located right on Calle San Francisco....

Just a great place to spend few nights, specially for couples...close to some of best bars and restaurant and parking spots...really really enjoyed the vibe... beautiful rooms. definitely under priced...if you are really into fancy you might not like it, but if you want something more authentic then this is it.

I stayed here for 3 nights last Aug. My room was gorgeous and I enjoyed my 2 balconies. I didn't mind the noise one bit. Although this room was not comfortable at all. It was very expensive and they don't even give you a cup of water for you to use in case you get thirsty, coffee, shampoo or even...

The bad: no elevator & loud music. The good: everything else! I'm not going to lie if you aren't in shape or are a light sleeper you might no like staying here. We stayed in the room "away from the party" our first nights before a cruise and I was fine. My husband is a light sleeper but he had...

Spent 2 days and one night in Old San Juan at the end of our Vieques trip. I can strongly recommend this hotel for several reasons - BUT - there is no disabled access. It is all stairs. This hotel is more suited for very mobile adults with no major physical disabilities who are used to handling their own weight...

It is centrally located in Old San Juan. Within walking distance to cruise ship terminal and nearby fort. Restaurants nearby. It is an old building. At night and in morning, homeless sleep on nearby streets and even outside the night time alley entrance, which is dark. I would call it a seedy area. No elevators, reception is on second floor....

Great experience, better than expected. Front desk employees were very nice. Rooms were nice and clean. I habe to say the paintings in the room were HORRIBLE or better said, disturbing. Nothing to do with the decoration and nice ambience of the building...at least in our room they were, I even considered covering them up but was afraid they could...
