My husband and i stayed there for 3 days in march the room we had wasn't the greatest the beds had wheels that was moving all night while asleep but apart from this we love in love with the charm of the place we decided to come back in april for 3 days again this time we upgraded the room and got the luxury suite,with a jacuzzi that was our intention well the resort had almost no water and no one came to apologize we check out monday may 1st without taking a shower because there was no water we noted our dissappear at the front desk and the response was yes we are experiencing water problems because of a pump.no apologies whatsoever because we didn't enjoy the upgraded room with jacuzzi where as we could have stayed in a normal room much cheaper .And no apologies whatsoever from the front desk so we won't be going there anymore …

We are deeply sorry about any inconviences caused as it was an unfortunate time with the water pump being down. The beds with wheels are no longer in the rooms and new members of front desk have been added and trained so that they will have better etiquette in the future. Apologies again, Front desk support.

We just returned from a one-week stay. The location is perfect with easy walk to beach (3 minutes) and fantastic restaurants and grocery shopping in the Rodney Bay East Caribbean Village is nearby. We stayed in suite 11 - highly recommend booking this suite. We had our own private dock with lounge chairs. Shower was wonderful and jacuzzi tub in the room. Kitchenette with small fridge was handy for storing items. The fridge could be larger :) The bar and grill onsite has excellent food morning to night. Very nice and staff is wonderful. Concierge on site very helpful with arranging driver, etc. We would for sure book this hotel again for a return trip.

Overall my experience at this older dated suite hotel was really good. However they owners need to spend some cash and fix up the rooms. Minor things like cement grouting that was loose and pieces hurting your feet. The strangest flushing toilet on earth, sometimes it worked sometimes not. That being said the staff went out of their way to take care of me and my 90 year old mom. I really cannot say enough nice things about the people at the hotel and St.Lucia in general. The island is great and so are the people there! We will be back...

We totally enjoyed our stay at Harmony. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Although our room was a little dated...it was spotless and everything was in good repair. The grounds are lush and beautiful. There are several areas to sit and relax. The Cockpit bar was extremely convenient and reasonably priced.

Our room was decent. Unfortunately AC was leaking water continuously into the room which kept the place somewhat moist. The technician came twice but not fixed. The hotel should really fix the AC. The restaurant/bar was great.

We booked the Harmony Marina Suites for a 2 night stay. First off, the location is fabulous for walking around Rodney Bay both for dining and beaches. I gave it an average ranking because although our condo bedroom was updated, the rest of the unit was disappointing -- none of the kitchen cupboards closed and the bathroom was dated. Other units might be in better condition. They have a great pool and the waterside location offered restaurants within minutes (including their own bar/grill). The price was right and the location was great!

We have just returned from a wonderful two week stay in the Harmony Marina Suites. We chose this hotel as our primary reason for the holiday was to dive and there is a dive company based on site and as the hotel is not too large. The hotel is great we booked a suite which was spacious and gave us the option of cooking ourselves when we wanted and had all equipment that we needed. There are also two great restaurants on site too. The hotel and rooms are kept very clean and the gardens are beautifully maintained attracting many birds including two species of hummingbirds which we could have spent hours watching. All the staff are very friendly and very helpful indeed. We would definitely return there if visiting St Lucia again and would recommend that you stay here too. We went to have lunch here first because people told us the food here is good. We got very good service and even sign up for scuba diving trip with them. Then after we came back from Martinique, we booked this hotel directly with the front desk. They gave us reasonable price. The room is huge(we had 1 queen and 2 twins bed for 2 people) so it’s not like living in square box. It’s also all clean and very well maintenance. Love that we have balcony to sit down relax enjoy the view and good to hang wet clothes(very important since we go to the beach everyday). The hotel is on the lagoon side which is more quiet and exclusive. It’s walking distance to Reduit beach which is more partying like for all inclusive hotel. I love the lagoon location better. Wifi is good. Car park available. Pool is nice. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful. Scuba Steve’s in hotel is absolutely the must for diver. The only thing that might be annoying is low water pressure so we have to flush 2 times but it’s understandable because it’s on an island. Other than that, everything is excellent…

My husband and I stayed at the Harmony Marina Suites last week for eight nights and our stay was Superb! From inception after we made the booking online,the hotel was contacted instantly and the level of professionalism and quality of service we received from Sharon was like no other! We were given all information which was needed up front and as a hotel employee myself I recognized GREAT SERVICE instantly. The vehicle rental was effortless with the gentleman we dealt with via the phone, which is an asset to the hotel since the company is based at the hotel. We had the best room overlooking the Marina with the most beautiful view of the Rodney Bay Marina, the room was like no other, way surpassed my expectations, clean so spacious and deserves a Luxury standard. The Housekeeping staff are GEMS, everything was up to STANDARD, and was easily sourced as soon as you requested an item. The Restaurant and Bar deserves a Big THANK YOU ,the cocktails are PERFECTION and the meals are just the BEST. Seafood Chowder is like NO OTHER, Creole Breakfast and your coffee varieties! I do not have a single negative comment to make about this lovely small hotel. It is family run, only 30 rooms, we had the mid size room and that was great, over looking the pool which is situated in a lovely garden. The staff were lovely, particularly the bar staff, front desk and the room cleaner. It is very well situated for a 5 minute walk into town or, turn the other way and it gets you to reduit bay and 3 good restaurants en route. We were there just as the Corona virus pandemic was building and due to State department advise, we left for home one week early, the hotel has without objection agreed to refund our the week we moved out - customer care at its best. If we ever make it back to St Lucia, this is the only hotel we will use.
