This hotel is pretty average. I stayed here for 3 nights while attending a workshop, Do not expect much for customer service, the staff was very nice but never seemed to be in a rush to attend to their guest. Rooms were clean, food was average. The Wifi on the property works most of the time in most parts of...

The hotel has potential, but isn't there yet. There are two buildings on the property; the lower building with the lobby and rooms and an upper building with rooms. My fourth floor room required 110 steps from the lobby level. A golf cart is used for transporting people with luggage from the lobby level to the upper building, but to...

The hotel was clean and the room finally assigned had a good view but that is it. Customer service was not consistently good. Golf cart ride to get to rooms fast and bumpy. The room that I was assigned had dirty water in the pipes. The 2nd room assigned that night was as bad. Third room was basic with only...

Arrived to a not so happy desk person. Our reservations were wrong and the hotel amenities look nothing like the web page. It was a place to sleep for one night before our sailing charter. Friends stayed at the Moorings hotel which ended up being more comfortable and convenient for the same price. Skip this place. Bar and restaurant closed...

My family stayed here one night while waiting to pick up a boat at the nearby dock. We didn't have any of the particular troubles other recent reviewers reported, but I can't say I recommend the hotel if there are other options available. The rooms were clean enough but somewhat musty, the food was good enough but nothing special, the...

This was, by far, the worst hotel and customer service I have had the misfortune to come across. To begin with, the room I booked wasn't available and the front desk person could not have cared less. In fact, the front desk staff was just rude. The room we were given had no bathroom door, the shower had no place...

Where do I begin? First, at check in we had reserved a deluxe room with tub and balcony but they had none and didn't care that we had confirmation. Room was musty. No bulbs in the lamps. No door on the bathroom. No soap dish in the shower. Just one towel and washcloth. Toilet wouldn't flush. We were supposed to...

Did I book this hotel for a second time? I hoped that things may ave got better in 3 years. They haven't. As with last time , it took me half an hour to check in as the hotel card machine wasn't working. This was initially "a problem with my card" and indeed all of my cards (!!!) until they...

I stayed in this hotel a week ago. I must have been the only person in the hotel as I do not recall seeing anyone else. I say even Casper the ghost has left, you would be lucky if even got ghostly company. I said to friend you would have more fun in a morgue or a cemetery as there...

Stayed at this hotel for two nights......I would have rather slept in a shelter. The worst customer service experience ever. The bathroom was filled with mildew and when I told the owner about it she said the tiles were slippery because they were "marble". It never had any hot water I had to take a "bath" by "sink". When I...
