Came back yesterday from 5 days at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and new. Service was excellent all around except there seemed to be a shortage of limes at the hotel. The infinity pool is smaller than it looks on line but it is a great spot to spend the day, have lunch and enjoy the sunset. Port...

I found our stay to be extremely pleasant experience with great food, beautiful surroundings, professional staff, very relaxing environment and competitive rates. I will recommend this hotelto my friends, family members, and organizations I currently belong. Ms. Gemme Redman went uponand beyond the call of duty which helped me decide to return again very soon.

We stayed here twice in January once during their renovation and once after. The room was all you would expect from a Hyatt. Enjoyed the bar area on the waterfront and the pool area. My main praise goes to their concierge serves. Prior to our visit I had some requests and all were fulfilled with emails answered very quickly. While...

Waterfront location, its a tall building.. stands out in POS. We got there on an early morning flight and they had a room available for us as soon as we got there. Check in was very quick and efficient. Spacious room, comfortable beds. Bathroom has an interesting layout. The toilet does have a glass door with part of it frosted...

For a local hotel it's pretty good in overall upkeep and comfort. I was in transit and wanted somewhere comfortable to stay for one night and this did the job. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very small but clean with modern fixtures. Would stay there again.

Excellent service, the staff was very warm, friendly and very helpful. Rooms and amenities were amazing, super clean. the room itself was well equipped and most comfortable. Loved the location, the views were spectacular; waterfront, ocean, and city. I chose the ocean/sea view; beautiful and calming, there is also a lot of restaurants close by and a variety of foods...

I enjoyed a recent stay of four nights at this luxury hotel in the Trinidad capital of Port of Spain. It's not near a beach, so don't book thinking you're close to the beach! It does have a nice infinity pool though, with views of the Gulf of Paria (towards Venezuela). It feels very secure in a city that can...

Everything you would expect from a Hyatt in terms of facilities and comfort. I chose a sea view which is probably more interesting than the city view. Bear in mind that the frontage also serves as a quayside for vessels to moor. I arrived on a Sunday and due to a cruise ship in at the time, it took 1...
