Please think twice before booking. They claim they refund and allow cancellations but is not the case. Tried for over a month to speak to someone live. Not until I read the reviews here did I see the customer service email address. They responded within 24 hours but told me I had to call the 800 number in order to cancel and that my reservation was 100% non-refundable. This is completely different than what they state on their website. We are in the middle of a major pandemic and this company is unwilling to help in any way. Ethics is everything. Wouldn’t recommend to any out. Currently we are out 16k between two families.

My husband and I stayed at one of the completed villas at their Long Bay location and we LOVED it. We had the pleasure of visiting the North Shore location as well and truly understand why they are rated #1 in Turks & Caicos. This was our fourth trip to Turks, and its one of the only places we continue to travel to (we usually opt for seeing new places, but something about Turks keeps us coming back). We have stayed at Seven Stars (which we still enjoy) and Beaches (with the kids, checked that box, and will not go back), but we are now "sold" on the perfection that is Beach Enclave and their staff. We will absolutely be back again and again to Beach Enclave Long Bay and can't wait till their resort is fully built. We stayed in Villa 2, total perfection. Long Bay is great bc its super chill, the water is super shallow as far out as the eye can see (so great for kids, although we traveled alone this trip), its a beautiful sea foam color, that changes depending on the sunlight and time of day, and the breeze!!!! That breeze is unbelievable, and why Long Bay is the top destination for Kite Boarding. My husband got a lesson from Duncan at Kite Provo and had a blast and we will definitely be trying again next trip. We loved the view of the beach with all the kite boards, it added to the beautiful ambiance. The villa was outstanding. Beach Enclave has thought of everything at these resorts from the perfect kitchen, to the outdoor seating set ups, to the fridge on your private beach deck, multiple outdoor showers (including in the 2 master bedrooms), and gorgeous views and porches off each master bedroom. We had the pleasure of having Denny as our butler and left with a friend who we can't wait to hang with again. Denny was wonderful, made us feel totally at ease, thought of things before we even knew we wanted them (like setting up the coffee maker each night so all we had to do in the morning was hit the button), and was just a pleasure to have around. Chef Rex made 2 of our dinners in our kitchen and we ate outside both times. The meals were awesome- lots of seafood, delicious vegetables, and super tasty desserts. We were only supposed to have him once, but the first dinner was so good, we opted for another night in. Denny of course served us and bussed our tables- we felt like Kings (or King & Queen!). Denny also can cook! he prepared all our breakfasts and each detail was outstanding. We had eggs, croissants, baked goods, bacon, sausage, pancakes- you name it! He also prepared his delicious specialty smoothies each morning. Randi was absolutely wonderful to work with beforehand while planning our trip and then welcomed us with our itinerary when we arrived. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were doing ok. You can really feel the level of service here- they are super professional without feeling stuffy at all- all friendly and great to work with, with perfect suggestions based on what kind of vacation you're looking for. When I mentioned to Denny that we might want to go see the North Shore property, he had Randi set up snorkeling for us with Justin- bc if you're going to go to their North Shore property, you really have to snorkel! I was nervous bc I hadn't snorkeled in about 15 years, but Justin was great and the North Shore beach and reef was AMAZING. He told me exactly where to find a sea turtle, and sure enough.... I found one! Pretty spectacular. I highly recommend Beach Enclave, any of their locations, but they all have their own personalities. Its nice to have the options of being on Grace Bay, or Long Bay, or North Shore and exploring all that Turks has to offer. Truly a 5-star experience. Cant wait to come back!!!!!…

We had the most amazing week at Beach Enclave Villa 8 in March. During this time, the Coronavirus was rapidly spreading across the United States and back home in New York, everything was on lockdown. Our family of 7 felt safe, secluded and healthy in our rental. Every single staff member at BE was professional and attentive and friendly. Our daily butler, Shane, the manager of properties, Mark, our daily housekeeping crew, Randi, our personal concierge and Clifton our taxi driver were all going above and beyond to make our vacation a memorable one. We even had Spatropique from Grace Bay come to our villa for massages and facials. A huge shoutout to Kenard Cruises and Wake to Wake Watersports for our boat charters. Those guys are so much fun! Kids had a blast wakeboarding and tubing through the beautiful turquoise waters. Daily 9am Yoga on a beautiful sun deck overlooking the ocean was the most perfect place to breathe and stretch. It’s a slice of heaven and I highly recommend this beautiful property to families looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. We are a family of 7, kids ages 15, 13, 10, 7, and 3 years old. We rented the villa with a family friends who have 4 kids. There was plenty of room and the villa set up allowed for open space inside and also outside. The beautifully appointed decor was a mix of modern coastal outfitted with luxurious bedding, LeLabo toiletries, chef’s kitchen and outdoor furniture to lounge by the pool or share a meal together. My family and I were able to enjoy 10 days at Beach Enclave - both on the North Shore and Long Bay. Both villas were beautiful, spacious and had everything we could have needed. The views were amazing and the staff was even more impressive! Namraaj, Mark, Alvaro, Randi, housekeeping, beach set up - each one went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, up to date on the happenings going on on the island, supplies/food needs met and anything we could have thought of! They have even reached out to us since we have been home to make sure our flights went well and just to check in with us. Their personalized service is one of the best we have experienced! Dilon - our chef - was also phenomenal! The food and presentation was SO good and he worked with us to come up with a menu we would really enjoy!! My family just spent a week at Beach Enclaves in Turks and Caicos. We had a gorgeous villa overlooking a beautiful beach where we enjoyed snorkeling, paddle boarding and kayaking every day. Our villa came with a butler named Gregory who was absolutely wonderful! He made us feel like we were really on vacation catering to all of our needs while being friendly and kind to all of our children. We were so sad saying goodbye to him and this beautiful spot. We will definitely go back.

Thank you for your interest in Beach Enclave.
If you have a weekly private chef rental, the chef is on property for breakfast, lunch and dinner (they will also prepare snacks). Your personal butler will serve the meals and clean the kitchen along with the chef.
Our chefs have worked at 5 star properties and restaurants and are definitely worth it.
