We just returned from a beautiful week staying at Ocean Club Resort. The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable, however, it was a little dated. The grounds were beautifully maintained, pools were enjoyable, and the beach was completely gorgeous! The beach grill served delicious food and drinks and offered great service. The island was fairly quiet, which was expected with the Covid issues. It seemed that all amenities and services were still available, and we really enjoyed having low crowds at the beach, pools, and area restaurants. We used the complimentary kayak and paddle boards. We rented a car and found the resort location to be within a few minutes drive of most of the restaurants. We absolutely loved the island and I think the Ocean Club is probably one of the best value resorts along Grace Bay Beach.…

Almost a year ago my wife and I visited Caicos for the first time and loved our experience staying at Ocean Club and enjoying the tropical beauty of the island. Ocean Club was excellent even before we arrived when we booked our accommodation. Because my wife uses a cane to walk, a second floor unit was not very practical and the woman who set up our reservation found a first floor junior suite that was available for us the week we were traveling. When we arrived the friendly front desk staff made check in a breeze and we enjoyed a ginger lemonade while the staff took our bags to the room. The junior suite was huge, very spacious with a comfortable bed, large kitchenette and sitting area with a big television that we never watched because we were enjoying the outdoors! All of the appliances including laundry machines were is good working order and everything was clean. A nice screened patio leading out back allowed us to sit out in the evening without and worries about insects. Our room was at the rear of the property next to one of the open concept pools. The pool and grounds were maintained daily by the staff and beach towels were always stocked and available with used towels collected regularly. The walkways to the beach and Cabana Bar were well lit for walking in the evenings but not excessively bright to be bothersome. The Cabana Bar and Opus restaurant were also excellent and I have reviewed them separately. The on-site convenience store was pretty well stocked although they did tend to open late some mornings. I was very excited about the free bike use that I took advantage of most days to peddle around the area. The bikes are first come first serve, but there are plenty of well maintained bikes and you are given a helmet from the front desk before you head out. My wife loved the on-site spa and had a body scrub and pedicure during our stay. A huge advantage was the free shuttle to Ocean Club West, which is close to more shops and restaurants and we took advantage of this service several times. The schedule was given to us when we arrived and the bus was always on time. For most people, taking the shuttle to Ocean Club West and walking to Salt Mills Plaza is possible but because of my wife’s walking issues we took a cab there to visit Potcake Place, take a puppy out, and then stop by the shops. The front desk was very prompt and helpful in calling cabs for us. And, of course, Grace Bay Beach is stunning, all of the hype is true! This was very relaxing and the resort’s beach chairs were well spaced so that people weren’t on top of each other like we experience at the NJ beaches. Overall, staying here helped make this vacation fantastic. We’re planning on returning to Providenciales after the covid-19 threat passes, and Ocean Club is at the top of our list of places to stay when we come back!…

I can’t say enough good things about Ocean Club! The location at the end of Grace Bay is perfect, pretty quiet with just the right amount of activity! The resort is clean and well manicured and the staff is friendly and accommodating. There are bikes to use and Graceway grocery store is about 1 mile away!

We had a great time at Ocean Club. We arrived quite late and we woke up in the morning to discover that we had a nice little view of the ocean. So pretty. Loved the screened balcony. Room was nice. Third floor, high ceilings, spacious, loved it. No mosquitoes or maybe one when we barbecued. Four stars because the hide a bed was awful and noisy. Had to ask for a cot that was quickly brought to our room. Great service. The air conditioning was too cold in the living room when ok in the bedroom but not that big of a deal. Beach is amazing. Took very long walks. Don’t appreciate people leaving towels on beach and pool chairs. Shouldn’t be tolerated. The Cabana Grill is good - their staff didn’t smile much but they were kind... you just need to peel the onion :-) Overall, I recommend this resort. Was very clean, peaceful - even with young children around. We would come back. In a two bedroom suite. Staff is amazing.…

Stunning beach with turquoise water, white, fine sand and gently sloping entry. Warm water in December. The resort had lovely staff and our accommodations were delightful. Great bed. Screened porch. Full kitchen. Access to other Ocean Club a mile away. - either by free shuttle or beach walk. Nice bartenders and good pools.

Hello,
The reef system is a few miles out so you will not see much in front of the resort. The plus side is the clear turquoise water - perfect for swimming/wading-in and taking in the view.
The reef's for offshore snorkeling are White House Reef and Smith's Reef. They are a few miles down the beach.
The onsite restaurants have live music on certain nights, based on the season. Although we do not have nightly entertainment, we can certainly offer recommendations based on what you might be looking for.

We are not an all-inclusive.
Our resorts offer a 3-day meal option that includes 3 breakfast, 3 lunch and 3 dinner vouchers for a designated entrée, drink, tax/gratuity. The cost is $344/per person, and multiple packages can be purchased. This is not all-inclusive but worth mentioning for someone wanting some meals included.

Hi,
Children amenities include cribs, pack-n-plays, highchairs, child monitors and beach toys.
You can choose between a crib and a pack-n-play in a Junior or larger suite. The Studio cannot accommodate either and Studio Deluxe only a pack-n-play. Kindly note the maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

Hi,
The Junior has a king bed and will either have a sofabed or a rollaway can be provided. The bedding cannot be changed out.
All Studio Deluxes have an island view, which faces the backside of the resort. There is greenery or palm trees - the view can also be of a walkway; part of a building, roof, or road; or parking. We can note any request you may have.
