HORRIBLE experience asking for a refund. Per their policy, it must be done in writing. Which I did. STILL waiting 7+ weeks for my refund, even after being told it would be processed. About to take legal action.
Jet Blue cancelled our flight....we had no control over this piece. There is no refund at this time . We have to reschedule - who can guess what that will look like? This is highly unprofessional and while I understand that businesses needs money, not good policy
I had two nights booked July 2020 during the time that the border hasn't opened due to COVID. This hotel refuses to refund the $900 two night stay even though there is not way to get there. I did book through Hotwire and prepaid. Hotwire said "this hotel has a very stringent policy for prepaid stays." I have several other international trips that have been rearranged due to closed borders with no problems. The other night stays and all services associated with the extended portion of this trip, all reschedule with no problem. This is the only portion of several trips that was not accommodated in any way. I would make sure you purchased external insurance coverage to cover any unexpected changes (like an international border closure completely out of your control!) if you plan to stay at this hotel.…
This was our third trip to Turks, our first time staying at RWI...I don’t think we will stay anywhere else! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds are of botanic garden quality and our suite was well appointed and very clean. Special shout out to the beach attendants Enoc and Eddy.
We have been to RWI six times and we love it! The location, the staff, & the beautiful grounds keep us coming back. We found Bert, the bartender, always personable and friendly (contradicting one of the previous reviewers) ~ we enjoy his company! Y-Jay and O’Neill are also favorites of ours.
