I'd like to start by saying that Northwest Point Resort is one of my favorite places to visit. it's a secluded little gem that will appeal to people who prefer to vacation "off the beaten track". You'll need to rent a car since it's a bit of a hike from the airport. It's not like the highly polished resorts on...

We are a 70 year old couple and were quite excited for our first trip to Turks and Caicos. I booked with VRBO and the owner asked me to check in with the front desk at NWP upon my arrival . We were greeted very unprofessionally by Charles and Marilyn - they advised us that they don't have any keys...

first, yes it's out there, all the way on the tip of the island. you do need a car here but they maintain the gravel road on a daily basis. every day we drove to town we saw a maintenance crew working on the road. so it's really not treacherous to drive out there. and it's maybe 15 minutes into...

This resort was very private!, as not too many units occupied during our visit. This resort is out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. We stayed in a three bedroom, 3rd floor unit on the east side of building 2. Great view, and not too much wind on the balcony. Well appointed, good quality beds,...

The resort is of a condominium type, situated at the northwest point of the island, right on the beach, all by itself and uniquely isolated from the town. In fact, you need to drive along a gravel road to get there or get out, back to shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and charming (with some signs of...

The above describes my recent return to Northwest Point. Reacquaintance with friends from my previous visit, beautiful morning walks, relaxing on the beach with a beverage, poolside conversations, and a day excursion to North and Middle Caicos are just a few things that make this resort a fabulous destination!

Thank you for staying with us at Northwest Point Resort, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and look forward to seeing you again soon,

We were looking for a resort that was peaceful, clean, and located slightly away from the typically tourist spots. A spot that we could retreat to after a day of exploring the island. We found it at Northwest Point! You could see the stars and hear the beach at night. We stayed for a week in March. Love this place!...

We agree our resort tucked away on the northwest side of Provo, is essentially a home away from home, it's so nice to hear that your family enjoyed good quality time in our pool, hot tub and long casual walks on our beach that stretches for miles. It's always great to hear about adventures at the end of the day...

We're a couple and stayed at the Northwest Point resort for eight days. As far as we understand, the condos are individually owned, but the property is also operated as a hotel. We booked our condo privately on VRBO, so I don’t have much to say about the hotel service. In addition, since the condos are individually owned, my comments...

Thank you for staying with us at Northwest Point Resort, our management team work very hard to create a comfortable relaxing stay for our guests. Our private beach, large pool and hot tub are very well maintained and you can be sure to enjoy the serenity and peaceful atmosphere that we create everyday on the property. We hope to see...

We planned a last minute trip and this was one of the few more reasonably priced places. Unfortunately we found out why. This is an old condo complex, not a hotel. Housekeeping is not included unless you stay at least a week. Our safe was broken and when we requested that it be fixed we were asked if it could...

This is quite an unfair and inaccurate depiction of Northwest Point Resort, we have no record of your stay, and considering your comments reflect a questionable stay in March (7 months ago) and your posting a negative review in Sept it stems an even greater question if your content carry's any integrity. TripAdvisor and Northwest Point Resort take fraudulent postings...

We visited this condo-complex (aka "Resort") in August 2016. We would ABSOLUTELY return to this "resort", although we WOULD NEVER rent from the condo-owner again (Trip-Advisor will not allow me to say who/which unit... sorry. In fact, if we had rented a well maintained room from another person, I would not even be addressing this as our unit was not...

It is truly unfortunate that you encountered issues with this specific condo owner, if the condo is occupied by guests that book directly with the owners then it up to the individual owners to respond to issues, cleanliness, provide refunds, housekeeping, and maintaining good standards for their guests. Based on your detailed comments the issue was with the state of...
