This hotel is really nice. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. Can't beat the view if you have a Harbor View room. It is also in the middle of town so there was a lot for us to do in a walking distance. Only downfall is the time it took to receive breakfast. Took 45 minutes to...

We recently stayed at the Windward passage hotel for 6 nights. Having read a lot of the not so complimentary reviews on here we were slightly nervous but given the lack of mid range hotels on the Island and our budget we took a chance on it. We booked a King View Harbour View And requested the top floor which...

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had travel around the world. Manger would not even deal with the problems, staff promised he would address issues and nothing. Roaches were everywhere in room, they offered to spray room.., no refund or discount. Left the room at 3am for another hotel. Absolutely disguising. Beware of this hotel

I stayed over the Dec holidays on return from sailing in Tortola. Perfect location..could just walk across the street from the ferry and check into the hotel. The place had been renovated a year ago. What a wonderful surprise...lovely spacious, clean room and terrific bath area. the pool was great. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and efficient..Bell,...

This is not a place you'd want to stay. Why? Pros: * A nice elevator * A kind bartender Cons: - Cockroaches. - If you pay for breakfast in advance, and you aren't with a tour, you can't order anything above 4$ - We got locked outside our room - Restaurant personnel is hostile. You do not feel welcome. -...

We needed a place for one night prior to a week on St. John. Booked online, choosing a King bed, harbor view room at a cost of $20 more than the double bed standard room. Upon arrival we were given a double bed room. Did not discover this until we entered the room, of course. Back at the desk, we...

Spent two nights here one before our trip to Roadtown BVI and the other on our way back. The location is perfect for walking across the street to the catch the ferry. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The courtyard is very nice, with a nice pool and a bar. It's within walking distance of downtown and gave...

I picked this spot because of the harbor view. Seeing ships in the distance means many stores are open. Comings & goings of various ferries, the landings of the seaplanes and my favorite-waking up to the morning sun-the best feeling of all. So imagine my surprise to only receive the backside view of the hotel. (Grr..) You know though, it...

this hotel has nice rooms very close to the ferry to the BVI and great for staying before you fly or ferry the next day. Room service is a bit slow but the portions are filling and there is a great chinese next door for those who want to stay on budjet as this hotel was only $121.00 for a...
