Excellent! Family owned and operated. Ring bell for keys and your on your way. Pleasant friendly host. Clean rooms.. not a chain hotel but true island life! Is located in heart of Charlotte Amalie. able to walk to most attractions, food, music, shopping. This was a good find.. for sure will be back!

We stayed at the Midtown Guest House. The taxi driver at the airport knew just where to go. It is very close to the 99 Steps, so we were able to make a quick walk to the steps and count all 102 of the steps and then see Blackbeard's Tower. It was another short walk to the waterfront where we...

This guest house is old and dated, although somewhat charming. We do not recall seeing a sign outside. Room 7 on second floor was tiled (great for us), was clean, window mounted air con worked, hot water worked, toilet and shower worked...it drained slowly, bed was comfy, did not try small tv or wifi, no bugs, no leaks, felt safe....

This place has a fantastic location. Its across the road from the Post office and adjacent to the 1821 hotel but half the price. Its one street away from all of the fabulous shops and restaurants. We would walk to the Greenhouse restaurant and Kahuna Rum shack and have a short strole home. The location is unbeatable for town. If...

Very clean downtown location, close to transportation but not noisy. There is a very nice bakery in the next building, with covered outdoor seating. Staff is very helpful. We will probably stay here any time we are passing through St Thomas.

It is straight out of 1957, with few updates, but is clean. Modern TV, simple rooms but clean, decent beds, no bedbugs, low shower but it works, AC in each room. Only complaint was that the AC in our room would not get quite cold enough. Very nice easy to understand manager, and really, really close to the shopping district...

We were in a tricky spot and this place was very kind in arranging a room for my friends and I at the last minute. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious and we were able to walk to close by attractions and eateries.

Friendly helpful hosts, nice fish tank in reception! My room was clean and quiet. As a solo traveller I felt safe and secure. In the morning the hostess went out of her way to wake me up, and let me know the cab was waiting for me. I had lost my cell phone so she knocked on my door. When...

We were pleasantly surprised with Midtown Guesthouse! The location is GREAT and the price is RIGHT! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, the famous 99 Steps, Post Office, parks, and the Best Chicken/Ribs food truck EVER. Rudy checked us in, and was incredibly nice and informative. They provide free coffee and tea every morning, and you can purchase toiletries in the...
