Lovely bed and breakfast. It was spotlessly clean, our room was very spacious with a fantastic view. The breakfasts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for our hosts - Ann and John, they arranged taxis for us and gave us lots of tips of places to visit and eat.

We chose the B&B because of the proximity to Bike Park Wales and an early start the following morning. The property was spotless throughout and our twin room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the window over the valley was lovely as was the garden area to the rear of the property where we enjoyed a couple of lovely local beers. The owners were both excellent company and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable including locking up my bike in a secure spot. Dinner is not served on a Saturday evening but we managed to get a nice portion of fish and chips from a nearby takeaway and enjoy it with proper cutlery back at the hotel. As mentioned by other reviews, the breakfast was excellent and kept my pedals turning through until lunch time. Parking on the road wasn't ideal, but we didn't struggle to find a space and I can find no other fault in our stay.

Great room, very clean. The view from the window was stunning.. The breakfast was superb proper full English or should I say "Welsh". Our host's were very friendly and welcoming. The only down side was having to park outside in the road. Would easily recommend, do not be put off by the outside as the inside is clean and welcoming

Don’t be put off by the view from the street when you arrive. It definitely is like the photographs, which are the views at the rear. Our very friendly hosts, John and Ann explained it was local planning rules that meant the front had to stay nondescript. However there was nothing bland about the well appointed double bedroom with bathroom, comfortable sitting room, spacious breakfast room and rear garden overlooking the valley. Were offered a cup of tea before we retired for the evening and left in the morning with a splendid cooked breakfast including haddock. If we return to the area we will most definitely stay there again Thank you Julian and Gill

Visited with friends for another friends wedding nearby. Pleasently surprised when we arrived. This place would put many high priced hotels to shame. Spotlessly clean and very well laid out. We had a twin room overlooking the garden and with a great view of the forest beyond. Warmly welcomed by the owners, who very kindly booked a taxi for us and arranged the return trip. Lovely sitting room with conservatory beyond. Breakfast which is booked in advance was very good. We were only staying the one night but would have loved to stay longer. There are original works of art decorating the rooms, all done by Mrs Morgan, a very talented lady. If you are visiting the area I would highly recommend staying here.

My wife and myself spend 5 days there. Wonderful B&B, big rooms, big showers. Wonderful garten with a lot of places to sit down. Big breakfast selection and delicious inhouse cooked food in the evening. Good location to venture into the Brecons, visit Cardiff and other places nearby.
