The food and staff are both fantastic. The beach is amazing and the cost of staying here is very affordable. We are going back again in March and we just returned home from here yesterday. The location is great being a two minute walk to Atlantis and a $10 cab ride to downtown.

Pros- The staff is very friendly, My room was clean and stocked with towels and wash cloths daily, Food was great! There was a nice variety to choose from, Great ocean view outside my room, Every night there was some form of entertainment. Live band and guest could join in on the dances, karaoke, contest, etc. I also liked that...

My husband and I visited here back in 2014 for 4 days, and had an even better time during our recent 4 day visit in November. Given the recent storm, Bahamas has recovered so well that one would not know that just a month ago Matthew blew through. Hotel staff were friendly and always polite. Check in was smooth and...

Pros: - Complimentary wi-fi - Clean rooms - Mostly friendly staff - good spa rates Cons: - Lobby permanently smells like sewage - 3rd floor elevator landing smells like bleach - two seatings for dinner in restaurants instead of having people make reservations - Hotel needs a facelift, a bit dated in public areas

........on our last day of three and was thinking about what rating to give this hotel. To be honest I was going to give it 3 purely on the basis of the raucous pool music belting out at full volumn with no one listening and spoiling what's left of the afternoon sun, forcing me to sit inside with the balcony...

A group of friends booked a day pass for this resort hotel on a recent cruise with a stop off at Nassau. On entering the hotel the first thing to hit me was the smell which was that of sewage but as I was with a group who had pre booked and we had four hours on the Island changing...

The Riu is a beautiful, richly ornate, classy hotel. Much better than most all-inclusives. The food, even at the buffet, I would rate ggod to excellent. The service was very good, and we were treated with respect. I have a few minor complaints. In order to enjoy a gourmet dinner at their exclusive restaurants, you have to stand in line...

Decent resort for short getaways if you're looking for some R & R time. Not much has changed since my first visit two years ago...food is still very good and plentiful.....only downfall now is that they no longer take dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants...first come - first serve and the line ups are very long. We did...

We stayed here a year ago and we had a very pleasant trip. I remember reading the reviews and thinking maybe I shouldn't have booked here but honestly we experienced none of the things these others complained about. I am an experienced traveler and really would say it was a good experience. The room was pleasant and we could see...
