Resorts World served as a great home base for our recent trip to Bimini. The resort is updated, clean, offers a variety of restaurants and pools, and the rooms have exceptional views. While beautiful, the pools were on the chilly side and could stand to be heated. We also wished there were hot tubs on the property as it appeared that what were once hot tubs on the rooftop were made into a makeshift seating area. While the prices for food and drinks at the resort are relatively high, there are ample options available for alternative food and drink choices located off property (a large portion which are cash only). It's important to mention that during our four day stay (Sunday-Thursday), the pool bars and spa were not open. The beach club is also an added feature of this resort, however, it is important to note that it is not open to Resorts World guests when Virgin Cruise Line is in port. You are permitted to use the beach, but not any of the amenities. The hotel is located right next to the golf cart rentals, which we found to be essential to our Bimini experience. With the entire island being only seven miles long, it is easily navigable on a golf cart.

Resorts World is the perfect weekend getaway for the traveler who wants everything within reach. We arrived in the AM via plane and knew we wouldn’t be able to check in until 4 pm so we hopped on the trolley and toured the property. Anise at check in made sure everyone was taken care of- she was wonder woman at the front desk! The beach club was also a perfect all inclusive experience. We had a cabana by the pool and even during the rainstorm Marlin was making sure we had a great time! Food options are limited so we ate at the Tides for two nights. Both times, the hostess Shelly made sure everyone was seated in a timely manner and the food was really great! The small casino is perfect for the casual gambler. Everyone cheered for everyone and the limits are set to meet everyone’s needs. Things to know: This is a resort that is on a small island supported by cruise ships. Be prepared for crowds at certain times of the day or in locations when they are in port. If you want to go visit the local towns- get a golf cart. Make sure you have your towels before you leave the resort- it’s just easier. Overall- 2 or 3 day quick vacation at Resorts World is perfect!

This is a fantastic resort. We were there for 5 days in mid February. This resort is lovely. Clean and updated. The rooms have beautiful views and are spacious. The hotel staff is amazing, they remember your name and are incredibly attentive, personable and helpful. There are hidden gems everywhere. The hotel owns the most remarkable beachfront area a short walk or shuttle ride away. During our stay it had fewer than 20 other guests there. The Infiniti pool has a beautiful view of the ocean. We were fortunate with picture perfect 75- 78 degree sunny weather. Food options are limited on property but both restaurants were really good. Service staff at the restaurants are excellent. We had two favorites, the breakfast buffet at the Tides is fantastic and the price is actually a bit lower than other resorts. The Sushi Bar had really good food, the pot stickers, fried rice and spicy tuna roll were our favs at a really fair price. The added bonus was seeing the luxury yachts- wow is an understatement. We definitely will return. Thank you to the staff for a great vacation.

I NEVER COMPLAIN ABOUT ANYTHING… But Yo…HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ACCOMMODATIONS, Understaffed and rude! No restaurants open half the time at the hotel. Pool bar closed. Kids at the adult pool splashing and screaming ( come on parents… parent your kids) Staff seemed like they didn’t want us there at all… Check it out….We believed all the ads and fancy marketing with the beautiful pictures and YouTube videos. Man were we scammed! Wanted to come home about an hour after arriving. Seriously! First off you get to port and you wait, and wait and wait to get on a golf cart trolley to get to the hotel while the staff yells at everyone to be patient & stand there. They were literally yelling at people like prison guards! I was like daaaaamn man that’s brutal! We finally get to the hotel and our room isn’t ready for another couple hours… get our room number & it’s like a mile walk with our bags to the end of the hotel though this maze of long hallways. Room stunk of mold but they said they had no others available. Found that hard to believe because the place was dead. Made me wonder why we had to wait so long for the trolley and our room. Day 2…wake up to no water in the hotel… call down to ask what’s up with the water situation, is it just our room, or floor…front desk says yeah…whole hotel is out and don’t know when it will be back on… could be all day? Btw…Theres absolutely nothing to do there unless you’re fishing. Maybe one day on the beach with a few drinks?! But how many days can you do that? The drinks alone will break you…. $30 for a tiny Rum Runner half the size of a red solo cup. Come on now! The island itself is as wide as a football field and only 7 miles long. After circling the whole island on a golf cart we rented (with no brakes) in like 15 minutes, I felt like Chevy Chase in the movie European Vacation… “ Look kids…Big Ben!” .We were stuck there for 4 days with that dark cloudy weather…no going to the beach, no live music, no parties at any resorts like they advertise. We gambled in the tiny casino (when it was open) but even when it was open I think you could count the number of people in there at any given time on one hand. It was so slow and lack of any excitement in the casino. They don’t even offer you complimentary drinks while you’re gambling unless you go to the bar and tell them you’re gambling. Food? Pfff…Better take out a second mortgage. Grilled cheese sandwich, gyro & a couple beers 85 bucks. Yep… and read the fine print… the servers don't tell you b/c they want you to pay double tip for their slow service, but they add the gratuity in on everything… everything! So be mindful of that. If they were honest and would just tell me, I’d give them the double tip, but I don’t play that. One night dinner cost 4 of us over 700.00 and took over an hour to come to the table. Ordered drinks all different nights at dinner, never got them… ordered mimosas one morning at breakfast ( which was 250.00 for 4 of us) never got them. Resorts World should be ashamed! You can’t make this up! Worse vacation ever that we couldn’t escape from!

This was honestly the worst vacation I have ever had. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable, and that is all that is good about it. The resort itself and staff were the top of the worst. Most of the restaurants were not open, at one point, you could only eat at a small bar but if you had children, because kids can't be at a bar, they would allow you to have a table to eat on. At one point, they served some guests without children on the deck outside the bar area where there were tables, and when my family went to order the same, they declined them service and said they had to eat at the bar. By the way, we were trying to order a $35 cheeseburger and a $30 grilled cheese. The staff must hate their job because just about every one of them treated guests as if they did not want you there. The only thing to do on the island is Beach 360 (that is if you are not a fisherman), but, if Virgin Cruiseline is in port, it is closed to all Resort World guests. There was literally nothing to do, and just about nowhere to go to be even slightly entertained. They have a TINY casino, but too, you can only do that for so long and it has limited hours too. The bar in the adult pool was not open (shocker), and there were a ton of kids screaming and having fun, splashing all over the place. At the adults only pool, and the only other one they have. Food is way overpriced ($700 for 4 people for dinner!). The $250 dollar breakfast, ordered Mimosas one morning and they didn't bother to ever bring to us. Said on checkout day they could not give us a late check out but we could store our bags at the front, so we checked out, and then they denied storing our bags (we had to carry them or just sit in the lobby for 6 hours so we sat in the lobby for 6 hours). Coffee machine in lobby never worked our entire stay, they said it was "broken". Genting Rewards for the TINY casino at the hotel, we are members in Las Vegas, they declined our players cards saying "its a different program". However, the logo for Genting Rewards in Vegas and here, are identical. If it is different, they likely should announce that. Oh, did I mention the hotel was without water one day? Listen, this sounds so bad it couldn't possibly be true. It was. I thought we were on candid camera it was so bad. I have a whole new feeling about Hilton in general, and will never give Resorts World my business again, anywhere, including Vegas. There has to be accountability for being this terrible. Vacationers beware... there are so many other better places to go than this! We were stuck there, literally, because there are limited travel options to change your plans. We were willing to pay just about anything to get out of there within the first 24 hours of being there. I highly recommend, you do not ruin your vacation time coming to this place. It is a nightmare that doesn't end, until you leave.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy your experience at our property. Do note that all of our outlet hours are posted on our website including the menus. Bimini Beach may close for private events which we do have noted on our website and property signage. Even though we are all Resorts World properties we do all have different gaming systems and gaming regulators, which is why you do need a Genting Rewards card at each one of our properties in the US. We hope that you will give us another chance for a future stay.

We stayed in a villa onsite which was delightful. It was privately owned and any small queries dealt with quickly. The resort Hotel was very busy but pleasant. I guess it is pretty standard Hilton, but as my 1st experience, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We spent Christmas in Bimini and it was a lot of fun on the Island . Stayed at Hilton Resorts Bimini and after reading all the reviews we all were pleasantly surprised . The hotel was expensive for meals, we brought snacks, bought booze at duty free on our boat ride over and spoke to locals to find places to eat outside of the hotel. Smittys right down the street in walking distance was very good for fresh conch salad, conch fritters and their fish . Little hidden gem for fried & grilled Lobster was Ebbies & Pats in town - delicious !!! Gina was a great host and this is where we had Chritmas dinner . they were open until midnight and the dinner was amazing in this little local shack - 5 stars for sure! Breakfast was at Big Game which also was a hidden gem and wished we found it sooner on our trip - HUGE nurse sharks in the water was a bonus too . The island is poor but safe and we rented a golf cart for driving around the island & beaches - beautiful beach at Beach 360 . Defiantly worth going to this little Island for a few days.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Hilton should be sued!! No air conditioning. Locked in our room and couldn’t get out. No electricity. No restaurants opened. We departed early in fear for our lives. I just can’t believe that this is a Hilton Brand. Also placed crazy charges on my credit card.

This was thee worst 3 day trip! Hilton’s room choice’s are ocean or garden view - garden view is actually dock & street view, very noisy & kept us up at night. Our 1st room (#404) just over main entrance, wreaked of sewer smell, 2nd room (#428) the door was cracked as if it was kicked in, 3rd room (#458) was ‘over the river & thru the woods’, end of hall … we were 2 seniors - 1 with a cane, pacemaker, sciatica & edema and myself both hips replaced, 6 herniated discs & knee meniscus tear. They boast 5 restaurants - never open simultaneously; Sushi & Tide I never saw open, Hemingway’s had limited menu & unposted hours, H. Bar had even more limited menu, Monkey Business on roof we found out about 12n our last day. We ate most of our meals from the 24Hr Market of sandwiches, salads & snacks! The shuttle doesn’t run Tue/Thur - only the days the FL ferry comes in … so we seniors were stuck at the hotel!! The customer service / Staff gives inconsistent info and we waited hours for corrections … the above was only 2/3rd of our issues.

We took the 2 hour ferry for a 2-night stay. The property itself is beautiful. The lobby is always lively. Being an Island, the seafood and sushi were very fresh. They have trollies that take you to the beach that is 5 min. away. The beach has a DJ, bar, and pool with a separate section for families. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop bar and had dinner at the casino at the hotel. Both had great vibes. There were a couple of standout team members: Janeiro and Mario. Great energy and very helpful. Other than that, get to know the locals - they are amazing and very hospitable!! Will be back soon!
