Lovely and clean hotel. Staff are very friendly. Our house was flooded so we have stayed here for 8 nights so far and would definetly recommend. Made to feel so welcome. The cooked breakfast are stunning. And the food from the Indian attached is amazing. Lovely and spacious family rooms. Close to the train station and Neath Town Centre. Thank you Blue Bell for a fab stay! Covid rules are very strict too which is a briiant as I've got a daughter who is high risk! 10/10 Xx

In Neath for work and stayed in a few local hotels but let’s not go there. Booked into the Bluebell hotel and what a great surprise, staff were friendly and welcoming, rooms were great clean and tidy finished off with a great meal. If your in the area check out this place great hotel and great food. Only issue I had was the pillows were to big, need some thin ones
The gentleman on reception was charming and very customer- centered. The room was fine as a standard hotel room however not as an executive. 2 key lights didn't work so room rather gloomy. We were advised to keep the air conditioning on when we were not in the room. Unfortunately, the system could not be used during the night as it was so noisy. The room backed on to a railway line - trains from about 06.30 to 00.30 so intrusive noise. The window opened onto a flat roof with vents from the hotel's restaurant - from about 16.30 until 23.00 smells of cooking which were nauseating. Our greatest concern was the limited COVID-19 precautions that were explicitly available. There was a hand sanitiser on the reception desk - we were neither invited nor instructed to use. The lifts had a press button system with no obvious sanitisation. I was subsequently advised that there was hand sanitiser available at the lift entrances/exits - I did not see any and would argue it needs to be obvious and signed. When I subsequently raised COVID related concerns I was advised that everyone in the world knew what was required. Cigarette butts accumulated around the entrance to the hotel and discarded take away packaging and food remained on the edge of the car park for the 3 days we were at the hotel. Within the town of Neath there was virtually no social distancing or following of one way pedestrian signage. I cannot recommend this hotel which I appreciate is out of kilter with others' reviews. …
