Visited on business in November. Comfortable and clean hotel - warm welcome from reception staff and my room was large with modern fittings and a comfortable bed. A freshly cooked breakfast was cooked to order which is nice when you're used to endless hotel buffets. I also had dinner in the hotel, very nice if not a little pricey.

Excellent hotel where we have stayed several times. Staff are great, rooms very well presented and the food is superb. The hotel is very near the railway station so we left the car at the hotel and went for a day out on the train to south west Wales.

Had an awesome time. Beautiful decor great room excellent customer service from start to finish. Good choice for breakfast cooked from scratch. Excellent vegetarian option. No issues at all. Staff bent over backwards to help. Some issues with parking but staff moved their own vehicle to accommodate ours.

It's not the first time for us to stay at this gorgeous hotel. The staff here as always could not do enough for us, and as always made my wife and I most welcome. We had the best two nights ever and even serenaded by Mr Peter Jones as " Neil Diamond " on our Anniversary night!!! Which made our...

We arrive early one Saturday and there was no where to park, but the lovely lady on reception showed us to the station car park which was only a few minutes walk away and very reasonably priced. We had come down for rugby and we were able to leave our things at reception and our room was made ready early...

Hmmm so normally I get straight to the point if something's bad I need to just put it out there, however in this case it was such a beautiful place and there were just a couple of niggling little bits that could be improved or is just my personal dislike. So I'm going to start with the negative. Our air...

A good base to visit Swansea and surrounding area. Nice town with plenty of shops etc. Friendly people. Hotel very well decorated with lovely rooms. Evening entertainment with Peter Jones was very good. Food was very nice. All the staff were friendly and went the extra mile. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend. Thank you to all.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There was not enough hot water on the evening for a bath just a shower and in the morning there was no hot water at all. The cooked breakfast was very poor with very low quality ingredients. There was no way the sausage was an authentic welsh pork and leek...

I stayed here for a family celebration recently (event not here) and my family based locally were worried that it may have been too noisy but it was perfectly fine for noise, I had a room at the back of the hotel which was best I think. The hotel was very busy at night so room service was helpful for...
