We love this place, it's Premier Inn so you know what you are getting but this place is really pleasent with the staff. They really want to look after you. We always stay here when visiting family due to a couple of bad experiences with other places we have stayed in within the area.

Nylon "mattress protectors" make the beds extremely wet and prevent anyone sleeping through the night. The reason they use these is that they sell on the used mattresses and put a higher priority on that than giving their paying customers a good night's sleep.

Hi Robin Thank you for your review of Port Talbot, Premier Inn. I can confirm that we do not sell on our used mattresses from any of our hotels. I'm sorry that the mattress protector on the beds within our rooms wasn't found to be suitable for you and made you feel uncomfortable. We have a sheet on the bed...

Good hotel very friendly staff. The young lady in particular who ive seen here on numerous visits through screwfix is very happy very polite and a great member of staff and should be much appreciated. The only slight downside to this visit was my room was over the carpark and at times quite noisy due to the road and rail...

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over as part of a longer journey to Wales. It was conveniently located near the motorway without being noisy. Room was clean and tidy, bed very comfy and staff very helpful

We only had one night this occasion, but have been before as we have family nearby. We didn't eat in the restaurant that night as it was full and too noisy for us oldies! However everything else was great - comfortable bed, lovely bath to soak in before bed, good lights to read by. Would recommend Premier Inn, Port Talbot...

Room cleanliness and comfort of the bed was excellent. Only let down was the wait for breakfast and when it eventually arrived it was cold. Coffee luk warm in the breakfast bar. Good location to where we had to travel to and close to motorways; trains and Public Transport.

As we were going out in Port Talbot for New Year's Eve, needed to book somewhere near by. Originally booked a hotel which got cancelled 2 weeks before, supposedly closed for refurbishment so were luck enough to book the Premier Inn instead. Lovely friendly staff at front desk upon arrival. Only glad we had a small case as our room...

What more can I say? Our stay with one small child and two babies was everything I have come to expect from Premier Inn. Easy to check in, clean and comfortable with friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast.

It was our first stay in a Premier Inn and we were impressed generally. The room was clean and comfortable and all the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. Only drawback was that the carpark area was a little dark and dim after sunset.
