We stayed in The Granary and it was beautiful, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. On arrival there was a friendly welcome in reception and in the cottage there was milk, Welsh cakes, teas, coffees etc as well as a vase of fresh flowers. I slept in the single room which was very 'snug' but perfectly good and my friend had the larger double. I was taking a swimming course so was up early each morning to walk the few yards to the pool building. We visited Cardigan, St. Dogmael's, New Quay and Aberaeron as well as Poppit Sands, all very easy to get to and with places to eat out if you don't want to cook. A beautiful place for a lovely holiday and I would highly recommend Croft Farm.

Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages has been one of the best family holidays I can remember. Dave and Sue were great hosts and made us feel at home from the outset. We loved so many aspects from feeding the animals with Farmer Dave, holding the rabbits and guinea pigs, buying some of Dave's fresh fruit and veg grown onsite and using to it to inspire our meals, the play park, swimming, using the sauna and hot tub, playing pool, table tennis and air hockey. It is the first family holiday place I can think of that really had something for all ages. It even got our teenagers away from screens for a while! There were a couple of communal BBQ areas which was helpful as we were staying with other family members and it was a good space to BBQ together. There was the option to BBQ at your own property too. The weather wasn't always the best while we were there but all the things available on site made it easy to find things to do and not allow the weather to affect anything. There were so many places nearby to explore too. With one week, we felt we barely had a chance to do it justice. A second week would have been great! We went to Cardigan, Ceibwr Bay, Poppit Sands and Mwnt. Mwnt was by far our favourite with a good sized National Trust car park, cafe and toilet facilities and fairly good access down lots of steps to the beach. It was a really picturesque cove. Poppit Sands would be great for those not wanting a steeper walk to and from the beach. This had a good cafe, toilet facilities and was fairly flat. The sand was very soft and great for kids wanting to play or build sand castles.

The owners were very accommodating and we stayed for 5 nights. We stayed in the Granary, which was small (we knew this from the website) but it had everything you would need and was perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. The farm has lovely fields to walk around and see the animals and the animal feeding was a big hit. The pool is also great for small children and the booking system seems to work well. The farm is next to a main road, so there is some road noise, but it is a good location, not far from Cardigan, lovely beaches and other places to visit.

Lovely week in the Barn cottage at Croft Farm. Cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable and loved the hot tub. Everything is v well cared for. Our hosts were warm and friendly and immediately sorted out the one small issue we had. The facilities are great for kids of all ages. It was lovely to have the pool to ourselves and our kids (11 and 9) enjoyed the pool table and table tennis. It’s in a great spot just a short drive from nice town of Cardigan which has all the shops and cafes you would need and a few minutes drive to several great beaches. Plenty to do and very relaxing.

Croft Farm did not disappoint. We travelled as a family of 14 from Manchester and Southampton celebrating upcoming birthdays. We stayed in The Barn and The Farmhouse. Both very much catered for everything we needed. I am quite particular and will find faults - but I can honestly say that this whole place is spotless and very well maintained. Sue and the team are very thorough and you can feel the passion behind their business. We shall definitely be recommending to friends and family. Beaches are a short drive away but totally worth it. There is so much stunning scenery around, we will definitely be back to explore even more. Dyfed Shire horses is also worth a trip.

Croft Farm & Celtic Cottages was recommended to me, and I am so glad it was, we had such a lovely holiday – it was perfect for our family break (and my mother-in-law’s special birthday celebration). We stayed in Croft House (a 6-bedroom house). All my family were impressed with the house and garden, everything was clean, the rooms spacious, lovely large dining room and table (for us all to eat together), the lounge was perfect to relax in the evenings with family. Members of our party enjoyed swimming; it was great that we had the pool to ourselves for our own time slot (booking the pool for our household was easy). The children enjoyed feeding the animals and playing inside and outside in the play areas. The hot tub was amazing!! The owners were incredibly helpful and responded to all my questions efficiently. We visited Poppit Sands and MWNT beach (National Trust) – can highly recommend both beaches. We look forward to returning soon. I will recommend Croft Farm to others. Many thanks for a memorable holiday.

I cannot recommend Croft Farm and Celtic Cottages highly enough. My family and I (over 30 of us) enjoyed the BEST weekend there to celebrate my 70th birthday. It is the loveliest holiday let in which I have ever stayed, beautifully situated in an area of outstanding narural beauty. Cottages of varying sizes are scattered over a large site, close enough to feel together, but not too close in terms of privacy. The pretty site is immaculately maintained and boasts hot tubs, pool, sauna and a games room. There is a lovely variety of animals - feeding times are a real highlight, especially for the children, with visitors being allowed to feed the animals under the supervision of a friendly member of staff. Nothing is rushed and it is a lovely, open green space, in which to spend time. We really felt at home there with minimal staff presence and good privacy. The beds were very comfortable and it was so useful to have a dishwasher. Everything we needed in terms of crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils etc. was all provided. There is a large decking area outside the main building suitable for big gatherings such as ours and the individual cottages have good seating areas/chairs outside. We were made very welcome by the owners and every effort was made to accede to specific requests. I even found a birthday card from the owners in my room. Very thoughtful. In summary, I would not hesitate to recommend Croft Farm - prices are very reasonable for this lovely holiday let and it is such a beautiful area to visit.

We absolutely love Croft Farm, it is heaven for children. Farm animals, a pool and hot tub, play barns and activities. For the grown ups the cottages have everything you could need. It is close to a beautiful beach, Cardigan is a lovely town to wander around and there are some great places to eat. The Hill family could not be more welcoming, it really is a wonderful place for a family holiday.
