I agree with the above answer to contact Debbie and Mark. We biked for 5 days near the end of Sept. and we had great fall weather. We are in our 60s and rode about 40-50 km per day but that was our choice as you fill out a questionnaire before you arrive to let them know what you would like to see and how far you are comfortable riding each day. Area is mostly flat there. While we were there it was grape harvest season so that was most interesting!
