Detailed Reviews
Stayed here as a base for visiting tourist spots ie Glencar waterfall, Sligo, Drumshanbo distillery.
What great staff they have, the manager Connor is excellent and the whole team are friendly and work so well together.
We had a suite looking out the front over the park opposite (nice view), it is well decorated, with an open wardrobe and full facilities. The ensuite has a big bath with rain fall shower over it and the WC is seperate.
We ate in the restaurant both nights, the food was superb and extremely well priced. The wine list has a great choice and is priced from £16 to £26, unless you go for something like champagne.
The breakfast has a buffet table of cereals, fruit, etc and you order the cooked breakfast.
The wheaten bread is cooked by them and they supply the local shop.
Now found we will go back when it that area in the future or even if we want a break!

+1
The food was delicious in the restaurant for both dinner and at breakfast. The dining room was beautifully decorated with comfortable chairs, elaborate chandeliers and spacious tables. The dinner menu has a really wonderful range of options, including vegan dishes. I ordered the Ribs and Chocolate Brownie. The Rack of Ribs came out smothered in delicious Hickory BBQ sauce, in which they were also glazed, alongside coleslaw, salad and skinny fries on the side. It was a huge portion, the flavour was excellent, smokey yet sweet, and complimented by the freshness of the slaw and salad.
The Chocolate Brownie had Hazelenuts and Raspberry, with a hazelnut ice cream on the side. It was indulgent and delicious, a perfect marriage of chocolate, fruit and nuts.
I opted for B&B, therefore at breakfast I ordered the I chose the Eggs Benedict, which was served on a brioche bun with spinach and crispy bacon too. I was rather blown away with the generous portion size, and two runny poached eggs, lathered with Hollandaise sauce! Every bite was delicious, the bacon was perfectly crispy and the brioche bun soaked up the sauce and eggs the way it should
The bed was decent and comfortable, though I could feel the middle bit where I knew it was two single beds put together, whilst the bath was well and truly availed and very relaxing. My room was way too warm, and the window barely opened to let air in, and there was no air conditioning unit visible.
The staff in the hotel and restaurant was brilliant, friendly and great craic, and PPE was excellent.

We dropped in for dinner after a day in Bundoran on our way home this evening. The food was immaculate and was even delighted to have a vegan main AND dessert (don't get that many places in Fermanagh!) There was a group of us of various ages, so booked in advance and with the 'Eat Out to Help Out' campaign running in NI at the moment we had a percentage of the price slashed from our bill, which is a great help and great touch. Staff were all very friendly; they were great craic with all of us. Thank you for a lovely evening, we will be back! :)

We spent two nights in the hotel earlier this month. There were lots of Covid precautions in place which made us feel very comfortable. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was very quiet at night which meant we had a good night's sleep. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring west Fermanagh, for example Marble Arch Caves, Florence Court etc.

My partner and myself stayed here last night, as soon as we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and stayed in one of the beautiful suites, dinner was absolutely delicious and we will definitely be returning to stay a bit longer the next time. We are both recovering from a slight hangover as we stayed in the bar area most of of the day as the staff were all very friendly, thank you to everyone for making our stay so pleasant. Breakfast this morning was lovely, plenty of choice and as usual very friendly service, without a doubt we would definitely recommend anyone staying here, once again thank you to everyone and see you again soon.

My wife and I love returning to the Customs House. It’s a very relaxed and friendly inn and has beautiful decor throughout. The breakfast is really good, I recommend the eggs Benedict. The staff are very friendly and other than the lack of free WiFi it is hard to fault it. We really like the homemade produce on sale near the bar. Great Guinness too! Keep it up!

Great spot to visit on a Sunday for the carvery dinner. Me and my boyfriend are on holiday from Australia and we came with our family on the way to walk culcaigh. This was by far the nicest dinner we have gotten since being at home it was so so tasty and we were very full at the end of the meal well worth every penny. Fabulous service from the lady behind the carvery counter and the waitress asking was everything ok brilliant customer service even with busy numbers. A very well ran premises. Would highly recommend coming here and we will be back.

We booked an overnight here as we were eating at McNeans Restaurant in Black Lion. It is a flat ten minute walk from Customs House to the restaurant with a footpath all the way, a very safe and easy journey on foot.
Customs House describes itself as a boutique hotel, I think a guest house would be a fairer description. Our bedroom was satisfactory for one night but was a little lacking in space, for
example there was nowhere to store two small suitcases.
Breakfast was satisfactory, a help yourself starter followed by a cooked breakfast.

Booked Customs House Inn at short notice, other larger hotels known to me were not available. We were more than delighted with our choice which turned out to be perfectly located for a visit to the National Trust's house at Florence Court. Our room at the hotel was a good size and decorated strikingly but tastefully. The real plus point, though, was the attentive and friendly service. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were of a very good standard. Already recommended it to friends.
