A group of 12 of us visited for a hen party and stayed in three cottages. The cottages were spotless, spacious and very homely. All equipped with everything you could need including barbecues and outside dining.

All the staff were so helpful from the first telephone call to the moment we reluctantly packed up our bags. A weekend was just too short.

The grounds were immaculate and the scenery was just breath taking.

We arrived on the Friday and had arranged for a two piece band. Maurius, who was an absolute gem, was straight on the ball and had a gazebo set up to accommodate the band in case the weather changed. We enjoyed this then some of the party went down to the teepee that Maurius had set up with lights, seating and rugs.

On Saturday morning some of the group were led by Maurius's son, (who I believe was called Brian) who took us canoeing whilst the others went paddle boarding with Maurius. We then all met up in the middle of the lake and had a really enjoyable morning on the lake.

Later in the afternoon we had the most amazing spa day at the sauna and hot tub. The photos of the scenery here do not do it justice. There was also a relaxation hut equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and deck chairs. The staff laid on beautiful pastries and prosecco for us, we were speechless. Talk about luxury, it was hospitality at its finest.

In the evening we travelled into a local bar in Belcoo, Maguires. We all had a fantastic end to our day with a meal and a few drinks.

Sadly the weekend ended too soon. I would really like to thank all the staff for making it such a memorable weekend for us all.

I would highly recommend Corralea for groups, families and couples. It really ticks all the boxes

We had an amazing hen weekend here at the start of July.
There was 20 of us on a hen party so we booked out Corralea.
Prior to arriving I had been in contact with Isabelle who was extremely nice, informative and accomodating.
When we arrived, we were greeted by Marius who showed us around and explained how everything worked etc. He then let us work away and said to let him know if we needed anything. We appreciated how we had our privacy but they were there to help us out if needed.
We went to a local bar in Belcoo 'Maguire's bar' for food and drinks that night. I had contacted them earlier in the week to book and they sorted transport for us which was great! Their food and cocktails were amazing.
On the Saturday morning we had organised Archery and Yoga as our activities.
Archery was on site with Brian who was friendly and good craic, the girls thoroughly enjoyed this.
Yoga was in a local studio with Shauna who was so lovely and yoga really relaxed us. Marius and Brian gave us a lift down to this activity.
Brian also took some of us to the off licence which was so kind of him, nothing was too much trouble.
We then had full use of the spa facilities for the rest of the day. The spa was amazing with a sauna, a relaxation room and 2 hot tubs. Everyone commented on how well it was set up. We also swam in the lake and took photos at the swing in the lake. It is such a picturesque place where time seemed to stand still.
We then booked a food company to come and cook a bbq for us that evening, it saved us cooking for 20 people and it was so well priced.
Corralea allowed us to book a dj to come that night as we had the cottages to ourselves. This was such a good idea and everyone loved it. We had DJ Conel who I booked through facebook, we would highly recommemd him.

Overall, we would highly recommend Corralea as a hen party location as their friendliness, hospitality and location is second to none.
Some of the girls have said they cannot wait to book again with their friends/families.

Thank you so much Corralea and we will hopefully be back again!!

We are a family of 18 who have just stayed over the August bank holiday weekend at Corralea cottages and activity centre at Belcoo for mum & dad’s diamond wedding anniversary. The centre is set in idyllic, serene surroundings in forest land beside Lough Macnean. Our ages range from 2yrs to 83yrs and we all had a super stay with all ages catered for from the tepee & play park to the green/volley ball nets for family ball games to cycle trails, deer spotting, water sports & a boat trip. The cottages were very clean, comfortable and well equipped , there was even a marquee for us to use to accomodate the whole family for ‘indoor’ gatherings, while outside there were bbqs, picnic tables & a fire pit. The single & double kayaking , & stand up paddle boarding were a great hit and the eco spa on the water’s edge with hot tub, sauna, shower and serenity hut, and easy access for swimming in the Lough was the highlight for me. Isabelle , Marius and Brian were super hosts , professional, friendly , and so accommodating . Marius in particular couldn’t have done more for us and we soo appreciated all the help he gave us. Thanks soo much Corralea activity centre.

We had the most wonderful family holiday at Corralea Activity Centre. We booked all four cottages for the week, accommodating 21 adults and children very comfortably. The grounds around the cottages were perfect for the children to play in during the day and the lake was a big hit with everyone. We booked activity packages which included canoeing, archery and climbing. The team were very accommodating in moving activities to match the weather and Marius and Brian were excellent instructors. We also used the eco spa for a bit of relaxation time for some of the adults. It was bliss!

Absolutely wonderful winter stay at Corralea Cottages. Stayed for two nights @ Pine Tree Cottage in November with a few friends. Family run business with the owners providing a friendly, personal and welcoming service. Beautiful location set in the woods by the lake, and with lots of privacy. Well equipped and comfortable cottage. The BBQ hut was fantastic and all set up ready for us to enjoy a burger and a glass of wine or two. The following day we spent several hours enjoying the wood fired hot tub and sauna cabin, relaxing whilst looking out over the lake. Would love to stay again!

My friends and family surprised me with a trip here for my hen party and I couldn't have dreamed for a better place to have it.

The cottages were immaculate, so spacious and well equipped.

The hosts were absolutely perfect, couldn't go out of their way more! So friendly and accommodating.

The views were amazing, can't describe how beautiful the lake looked from both the cottages and the spa area.

The facilities couldn't have been better! That spa area is unbelievable, felt like you were abroad. The tipi was so fun, such a great idea. I would recommend the water sports, some of the group did kayaking and some were on paddle boards and we had a fab time.

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back ASAP!

For a birthday treat we stayed in the Corralea holiday cottages, also known as the Corralea activity centre, hoping to get away from it all and have a mini adventure. We rented a small cottage by the shores of Upper Lough McNean and organised canoe rental for a day.

On arrival we found that the staff were extremely friendly and that the cottage was very spacious and well equipped. This is an incredible place for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The cottages are located in a secluded forest just by the lake. We were the only visitors this weekend and the only sounds were the birds and lapping of the water on the shore.

Canoe rental was inexpensive and easily arranged from the owners. The lake itself is a joy for beginners. Several islands are easily accessible and one in particular is great for picnics and short walks. The cottages are only a few miles from The Marble Arch caves and Enniskillen. We went home feeling relaxed and recharged, we will definitely return.

Our Family of four stayed here for 3 nights in late june.To be honest the weather didnt help but the cottage looked as if hadnt been decorated for a very long time and smelt fusty. The tv didnt work properly a must when you have kids. The activities were not available due to schools and youth clubs coming.dont book june.No signal for phones which i think is essential in case of emergencies. nothing around the area, you have to travel into Enniskillen itself for other things to do, roughly 12miles.The only thing i could honestly recommend is the Marble arch caves superb.
I dont like to complain about places but thats what trip advisor is all about and i think that having to pay for your electric ang heating is a thing that the centre should look at as you have already payed for the cottage.

We are very sorry you were disappointed with your stay with us and not being able to take part in activities as we pride ourselves in trying to satisfy all of our varied customers by providing different programmes at different times of year. Our website clearly stipulates our Summer Buzz programme for individuals and families only runs in July and August. We cater for small and large groups in June. I'm afraid the bad reception for some mobile providers here is beyond our control and something we have and are still pursuing with the relevant authorities; that is the price we have to pay for living in a rural remote setting. However some customers have expressed their satisfaction at getting away from their mobiles and appreciate our lovely surroundings. We are an eco-certified establishment, and this is one of the reasons why heat & electricity is metered (as indicated on our website) and you only pay for what you use, but you have solar panels to heat water in every cottage and wood stove with wood harvested from our forest provided free of charge. We have in a radius of 10 miles: Marble Arch Caves, Florencecourt House, Geopark, The Burren, Belleek pottery and various playground for children on site and within 3 miles. Donegal Atlantic beaches are only 23 miles away.
